Our bed was NOT as comfortable as we have come to expect Premier Inn beds to be. The receptionist told us that all the beds were new (from which we inferred that she was not going to log our observation, which we made as such, and not as a complaint). That said, Elaine and Sue, who run the breakfast room like clockwork, deserve special mention. They are warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient, serving with a will and good humour - all the while, keeping food stocks replenished and surfaces clean.

Nice to stay somewhere where everything was as it should be. Hot water, heating, tv, kettle , lights all working not always the case in some hotels. Staff pleasant and easy to get all I needed here.

its the second time my family stays here i will keep recommending this hotel . we just love it there its right down town has a gorgeous view of the ocean

Great breakfast Clean and comfortable

We arrived at the hotel on a stormy night and discovered that we didn’t actually have a reservation. The mistake was entirely ours, and we had no complaints whatsoever. The receptionist kindly offered us an available two-room suite with three beds. We were truly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and quick thinking. Thanks to him, we decided to stay at the hotel for three days. Everything was wonderful — the staff was polite and welcoming, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. On one occasion, we had to leave early and would have missed breakfast, but the staff thoughtfully prepared it for us ahead of time. We really appreciated this gesture. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and we can only imagine how amazing it must be here in the summer. We had a lovely stay and would gladly return.

Lacking support, we complained the adjecnt room was being noisy at 1am, it continued until 4am. At checkout all we got was "sorry for that, have a nice day"

去大埃及博物馆需要打车，不过很近，酒店超级大，是一个度假村环境超级舒服，早餐也很丰盛！房间面积也超大，大唐那栋楼有很多埃及文物主题布置非常有埃及感哈哈哈

We had such an incredible stay at the W Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and over-the-top helpful with recommendations, reservations, and anything we needed. It truly felt like they cared about making our trip special. The location couldn’t have been better — right by the beach and close to so many restaurants, shops, and nightlife spots. It made it easy to relax during the day and have a wonderful, fun time exploring in the evenings. The overall vibe of the hotel is stylish, lively, and perfect for a getaway. Between the beautiful views, great amenities, and exceptional service, our stay was nothing short of amazing. We can’t wait to come back!
