Good hotel with a large social bar area. Restaurant is not good, only one course, no alternatives offered and some day very low quality dishes. Dessert is a 1x2 cm cake almost every evening, so skip the evening meal and book a restaurant in the village, will be much better food for the value!

The swim up bar in the pool does not work and it is not functional hasent been working for a while the staff told us, it is a total bate and switch, I picked this resort just because it advertised in the photo that had a swim up bar but once i got there was nothing like it was advertised

Clean rooms. Plenty of space for 2 couples and a child. Accommodated our late check out on Christmas Eve which was a plus. Some painting being done and construction on the beach itself. Would stay again.

Location - 4/5 Atmosphere - 4/5 Rooms - 4/5 Value - 4/5 Cleanliness - 4/5 Noise - 0/5 Food- 5/5 Food is amazing, though the enroute to hotel is little rough terrain road are still under construction. However, the hotel won't disappoint you with the peaceful stay, tasty food. Breakfast was delicious with everything served hot which is cozy in the cold weather. Service staffs are really amazing with restaurants accomodating allout food request, especially the service of Shyam and Karmagyacho. Thanks to Udaan team for the one night stay.

I booked the smallest room and I was surprised how functional it was! It had everything you would need. The staff and the hotel were all great. Breakfast was variable. The only drawback is that the window doesn't open and it is not transparent, so some light goes in, but it is impossible even to see outside, let alone get fresh air.

good location ! close to everything , hotel staff were friendly and helpful. do visit batam city square mall, it's a gem :)

Next to the theme park and free entry ?? Very spacious big room and super clean bathroom

The place is nice, the building is new, and it was clean. It was difficult getting checked in, but that was partially ********** doing. I called the number provided and was left on hold for almost 15 minutes. After that the customer service was rather responsive, but it was a nice stay overall,

Gorgeous, well-maintain contemporary property; stunning casitas and pools with all amenities; spa services were outstanding; excellent service all round; lots of extras - farm to table food. Beautiful golf course and well equipped gym. Easy to get around with bikes independently or gold cart ride on demand.
