Nice quiet room in the centre of Friedrichshafen. Close to Restaurants and Cafes, the Lake, and a short walk to and from the Train station.

Weekend break. Great location. Breakfast organised and clean plenty of choice.

This is the firstime i book hotel in tokyo. The room is small but clean. We checked in on the 8th floor and the view outside was beautiful. You could see the sky tree.but I wish there was a service like drinks or pet bottled in the refrigerator.

the staff very friendly but I did have a problem with cleanliness in my room especially the shower room was grime bottom of shower door and surrounded out side the shower .

I only paid ￡87 for 2 weekday nights. My welcome was lovely as the Manageress saw to me personally, having opened up the check-in system early - very much appreciated. My 4th floor front facing room was insulated from the road outside and was particularly spacious. The air con was able to keep the room warm during cold weather. The location is ideal for non-car users, with the railway station and principle bus stops just a 2 minute walk round the corner. The Pantiles famous shopping area is also just 2 minutes walk across the road. I opted for the meal deal and on both nights my meals were well presented, tasty and great portions. The chef on duty on Monday deserves particular mention for running a tight ship. Meals were despatched very quickly and the waiting team worked in harmony with him. The Tuesday night chef was a different guy and service was a bit slower. However, the major no no was sending both my starter and my main course to my table together. That said, I would be very happy to stay here again.

Very good value for money hotel! The rooms are clean and nice and the towels and dressing gowns .. oh my gosh I need to find out what brand they are- they were the best feeling, most fluffiest towels I’ve ever felt in my life. Really good quality! The pool area is really nice and modern, although the water could be a little bit warmer. Buffet breakfast was good value for money and ran over a decent time range. Easy to get around the city with public transport - both buses and trains within a very short walk. Over all I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
