The hotel is located close to bus and tram stops, which are a few stops away from the city centre. There are many food options nearby hotel. The room has basic amenities. Note that there is only one lift in the hotel. On the day of checkout, the lift is not operating. While we were carrying our luggage down from level 2, one staff saw and offered to help, which is very much appreciated.

Someone needs to tell the reception staff that if they give a passenger's reserved room to someone else, they shouldn't, and if they do sell that room, they can only upgrade the conditions, not downgrade it and give the disabled room.
The hotel had no charm except free parking, the spaces were poor quality, the services were at the level of a 3 or 2 star hotel, half the price was too much, the distance from the metro was more than 20 minutes, and the staff did not care about the guests. I will never return to this hotel.
