Everything was wonderful. A warm welcome, comfortable, stylish room and an EXCELLENT breakfast

Comfortable room, clean and good shower though it was cold first thing in the morning as the heating didn’t start early enough. Great breakfast

The lobby area staff were so warm and welcoming. Overall everyone was kind other than one gentleman at the breakfast buffet on the day of our arrival. He was pretty rude to us but he was the only one and we never saw him again after that which was a plus. Breakfast buffet had a great selection everyday. We ate dinner at Terra one evening and it was excellent as well, the duck rice dish was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with wonderful views. The rooftop bar is a must visit as well. We never did get to check out the spa but will on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Newish hotel, room was clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was better than we expected.

房间设施比较老旧，定的豪华房空间狭窄，衞生间返臭，距离露台餐厅比较远每天爬上爬下很累，而且露台的网红地毯装饰也没了説夏天才有，提前备注的房型也没给，一天只给两瓶水再要得收费，半夜找不到牙刷问前台叫我们自己去超市买酒店不提供，早餐品种少得可怜，体验感超级差

Oh dear! Dirty soiled bedding that hadn’t been changed from the previous incumbent, dirty carpet and restaurant staff who verged on arrogant. Noisy, difficulty in parking and heating that was uncontrollable - just awful! The reception staff without exception were polite and welcoming and went out of their way to try and accommodate wherever possible- breakfast staff and cleaners take note! However, it’s a buyers market and I would not recommend this hotel irrespective of how much Lenny Henry tries to market it! Go on Lenny my son, stay there but don’t forget to bring a hoover and clean bedding!
