快跑！速度快跑！关于这个酒店，只能説，很遗憾评价不能打负分。
前台赫然摆着非正规按摩的小广告（最后一张图），我也是昏了头，一个女生独自旅行，看见这个没直接跑还办理了入住。
然后是房间，这要是2020开业的我去吃X。家里20多年的房子都没战损这么严重。家俱破烂、墙面肮脏还打着各种补订，浴巾发黑……还有照片拍不出来的严重骚臭味儿。
进去总共待了10分钟，拍了照片就退房了。携程客服帮我battle一轮又一轮，酒店拒绝退款，也非常感谢携程，虽然经过一天的波折，最后帮帮助补偿了大部分损失。只是我希望这种酒店不要再标什么四钻了，否则会辜负顾客的信任。

The hotel was clean and spacious, All the staff we're friendly, the only fault i had was when I went for breakfast on the day checking out I returned to the room and the cleaner was cleaning the room which was rather inconvenient.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and tidy. Food is amazing especially their breakfast. I was happy my room was on the ground floor coz i don’t think there is a lift. I has a nice view from my window too. Will definitely recommend. Worth my money.

The Marlborough in Dedham, is simply the best for Sunday roast. But you need to book otherwise you’ve got no chance in getting a table the landlord and lady are both fantastic. They constantly change the menu in order to remain fresh and current. They also use lots of local produce. If you’ve got dogs, they are super dog friendly and have water outside and treats. It’s my favourite pub locally.

My one bed room was medium size and clean. It had a mini fridge, and flat screen TV. The bathroom towels are very nice. Breakfast was basic continental scrambled eggs, rolls, sliced cold cut meats, cereal, milk, three choices of fruit. Coffee and tea.
There is a restaurant and small bar with TV on the sixed floor. That's were breakfast is served. I don't like all the noise from the TV and bar it makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel needs to have a quiet time after 9:00pm. The rooms need sound proofing.

Beyond vile, unhygienic and disgusting bedding. DO NOT STAY HERE. Trading standards needs to shut this place down. Owner thinks this is acceptable for someone to sleep on! I wouldn't let my dog on this bedding. Looks like they found it in a lay by.

Standard facilities as expected in a premier inn. Breakfast at the adjacent Bluebrick restaurant which was rather underwhelming, but the absolute highlight of the day was Peps, staff at the Bluebrick. She was working very hard and efficiently, but did it with such a lovely and friendly attitude, singing and smiling as she worked, treating everyone with such respect and kindness, made everyone feel welcome even when it was quite busy. She was an absolute delight and made my day!

Clean rooms, beautiful location. But no kettle in room for hot water.
