May not have been the best time to visit but felt the hotel lacked atmosphere and staff were disinterested. Access from the room to the lift meant going through a fire door and there was an unpleasant smell in the area, possibly damp. Room was nice enough, dining room was cool and quiet and had to go looking for staff. Don't think Ill visit again..

The checking in process is rather complicated, but everything else is perfect. Beautiful building, rooms are spacious and warm. Very comfortable bad and clean bathroom. The location is great. In front of the metro station and walking distance to the city center and all major sights.

Parto dicendo che non so il reale prezzo quindi su questo non posso dire nulla perché ho prenotato qui con un buono. Ne vicino ne lontano dal centro,davanti all'ospedale quindi per me una zona un pó triste . Parcheggio esterno gratuito ma piccolino ma se non si trovava posto si poteva parcheggiare all'interno senza pagare nulla in più. La cosa più bella del soggiorno è stato il signore alla reception, professionale,simpatico..gentile ..davvero svolge il lavoro per il quale sicuramente è portato. Dall'esterno l'albergo pare bello..anche dall'interno.. abbastanza anonimo ma non male Però le camere (almeno la nostra quadrupla) non era pulita in modo eccezionale..sul telefono c'era un dito di polvere. Gli arredi brutti e vecchiotti..il bagno con belle piastrelle ma niente di che .il bidet si staccava quasi dal muro ed avevi poco spazio per le gambe .non mo è piaciuta l'aria condizionata per riscaldamento. Ho dovuto abbassare notevolmente e poi sicuramente da dove usciva l'aria non era pulitissimo ..al risveglio mal di testa e secchezza. La colazione nella media ..senza lode né infamia. Diciamo che dovrebbe migliorare parecchie

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and disappointing that there was no restaurant or bar.

酒店回复：We are sorry for your impression ,normally all the client like our country and quiet solution .In Gennuary the work is stopped in our restaurant but our zone is full of restaurant were you can have lunch or dinner not far from us.We hope however to see you in other seson where you can try our restaurant solution with natural home made products

The room spotless and service excellent. The kitchen has everything we needed never disappointing
