They only provide one room access key . Very inconvenient if one of us need going out either another stay in room with power off and other need to access the lift using room key to access to lobby ?? . The hotel must need to improve to let customers feel comfortable to have choices to go out comfortably and another person can comfortably stay in room.

Il bb si trova in pieno centro città, a pochissimi minuti dalle vie principali dello shopping e a metà strada tra i due teatri principali di Palermo. La facilità del parcheggio é sicuramente un grande plus per una struttura che si trova in un centro storico; strisce blu o parcheggio privato praticamente a 20 metri dal portone di ingresso. Si trova all’interno di palazzo elegante e presenta soffitti alti e pavimenti con cementine che apparterranno probabilmente al palazzo com’era in origine. Le informazioni fornite dallo staff - celere nelle risposte e sempre super disponibile e gentile - sono precise ed efficaci e ti permettono di accedere in modalità self check-in indipendentemente dall’orario in cui arrivate. La prima cosa che si percepisce all’aprire la porta è un gradevole odore di pulito e un calduccio che a Febbraio ti fa subito sentire coccolato. La stanza da noi scelta era quella con la vasca idromassaggio; il design che accorda perfettamente la modernità degli arredi all’eleganza senza tempo dei pavimenti e dei soffitti rende la struttura veramente di gran gusto; la stanza è fornita di tutto; Alexa ti dà la possibilità di avere musica in camera mentre ti rilassi dento la bellissima vasca idromassaggio. Macchinetta del caffè con capsule e bollitore con tisane e tè danno la possibilità di poter fare una pre- colazione prima del checkout entro le ore 10.00. Era disponibile anche una mini marmellatina di cui, tuttavia, non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché non ci erano state date fette biscottate per poterla mangiare. Forse è l’unica cosa che penserei di aggiungere alle stanze. Ottima scelta che unisce comfort, ambiente romantico, e vicinanza alle principali attrazioni della città. Super consigliato!

The hotel is very nice and the staff very pleasant. The area at points seems a bit run down but we found it to be generally safe and a short walk away takes you into areas with bars and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and there is a free pool and jacuzzi. The pool is covered during winter and heated so you can use it year round.

値段相応

Not very clean, there was a towel and other miscellaneous things under one of the beds. It was advertised as 2 queens and it was really 2 full size mattresses. Staff was friendly otherwise

Only stayed for 1 night. Breakfast was ok, not much variety, hotel is clean, room is small, basic amenities is provided. Location is just in front of a train station. We drove here, by night parking lots is limited. There is public bath provided in the hotel.

Ya llevo varias estancias el el F. A. GDL un muy buen hotel, el personal sumamente amable, ubicación y alimentos de primera. Solo una observación, un cambio de almohadas vendría muy bien. Y, café en la mesa de servicio del elevator. Ojalá y lo consideren.
