We stayed at Cotton Tree Rovera Apartments for 6 nights and absolutely loved our time there. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kate was incredible—so helpful, always cheerful, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. Her hospitality really stood out. The pool was inviting and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. Shops, the beach, restaurants, and public transport were all just a short stroll away. The whole area felt very safe for families, and the Sunday morning market right on our doorstep was a delightful bonus. Highly recommended—we will definitely be back!

Stayed for one night in room 2. Very pleasant staff and very accommodating with breakfast as we are vegan. I was expecting 'shabby chic' given the age of the building etc, but it was definitely on the shabby side! Unfortunately the mattress was very uncomfortable and as well as the decor being rather worn, the towels and bathmat were falling apart and had holes in places and were very thin.

Friendly staff, clean linen daily, fresh coffee and hot chocolate for the kids every time we came back to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing with many different options. Great stay overall.??

It was absolutely amazing!! Views! Great Staff!! Clean modern rooms!! Peace!ful, adults only!! Easy to get an Uber. Great food and drinks!!! Nice pool and hot tubs!! I will take a boyfriend up here, again!!!

The whole place was shabby and the room, though very spacious smelled of stale Chinese food. It was superficially clean but needed a deep clean. The bed was so creaky it woke me up every time my husband turned over. It’s not a hotel. There are no hotel facilities.

We were not given the room that we booked and when I tried to explain that to the girl at the front desk, she seemed too dim-witted to understand that we didn't want to buy an upgraded room. We just wanted the room that we paid for. Which was very uncomfortable and led to me not arguing with her and just taking the room that we were given. In that room. The utensils were Rusty and unusable, this and is a unacceptable situation for how much we spent on a single night. I would like a refund.

I stayed two weeks, my first time in the area. The property was exactly as advertised: beautiful, peaceful and very well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts were extremely helpful during the entire stay. I felt completely at home. Thank you.

Staff is amazing! Been coming back here for a few years now and if there’s availability I will continue to book here any chance I can. Rooms are clean, A/C is great, cafe is aesthetic and delicious. Pool is cool and quiet. 10/10 would recommend.
