very nice room and good looking building on the inside and outside with free shuttle rides to whiteface mountain

已经感觉差到没什么评论的了，不知道那些好评是怎么来的。 打开香皂里面有虫子，衞生一般 进房间一股烟味扑面而来。酒店巴士在机场得有半小时也不见。

The room was spotless, but the staff were terrific! Particularly Hajar at the front desk.

Nice hotel and locations was only 15 mins from cruise port. Close to restaurants, CVS and liquor store

Les infrastructures du spa sont très bien et à la hauteur d’un h?tel de ce standing. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été fortement gachée par la présence massive d’enfants très bruyants. Cris constants, agitation… on avait davantage l’impression d’être à la piscine municipale que dans un spa censé être un lieu de détente. Même en se réfugiant dans la salle de repos, le calme n’était pas au rendez-vous, les cris restant audibles. C’est vraiment dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais l’absence de créneaux réservés aux adultes ou d’une meilleure gestion du calme nuit clairement à l’expérience, surtout vu le prix.

First we got the wrong room, a king not two doubles. The room we got was pretty rundown and the deadbolt was broken and hanging. No one checks breakfast wristbands, so a lot of randoms walking in to clean to clean out the buffet. Also a lot of shady characters hanging out. Stay somewhere else.

Lovely room but inconsistent service. Coffee was not available the entire stay.

Very nice employees and the shuttle was very useful.

Lovely hotel in a good position however the construction noise next door was unbearable. We were not advised about the early morning racket 6:00am until well after checkin, 12:50am!!!

This place is very convenient, hip and staff is really nice. Everything is clean
