Staff was excellent. Room was very nice, location was terrific. Very clean, very professional. Very nice stay overall. Beach was beautiful. Only issues we had were with our air conditioning unit having a broken fan that made a loud grating noise on every start stop (blades hitting casing) and they started roofing work at 8am.

Love this hotel!!! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The shower is big and has the best water pressure! The AC/ heat is perfect and goes low for AC if you like. The full kitchen and dishes are super convenient when you’re there a couple of nights. The staff is very friendly and there’s a very nice fitness center and laundry room. No complaints at all. Highly recommend. Also bonus, right next to the bagel caboose that has the best bagels.

We had a really great stay at this hotel and felt very comfortable there. The food was excellent, with a good variety and regular changes, so it never got boring. Dinners were often accompanied by live saxophone music, which was very pleasant and created a nice atmosphere. Desserts were great, but the chocolate cake was absolutely amazing ?? The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, yet unobtrusive – clearing plates and bringing drinks without disturbing us. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with a typical incense scent in the corridors. The interior is full of beautiful artwork, which we really liked. In some places you could notice normal wear and tear on the equipment, but it didn’t affect our comfort at all. Considering the size and complexity of the hotel, it is actually very well looked after. A big plus for us were the universal power sockets – no adapter needed. And when we had a non-standard plug, the staff helped us immediately. When we went out of the resort for the whole day, they prepared a takeaway pack for us (sandwich, dessert, drink and fruit), which we really appreciated. The beach is about 400 meters from the hotel, accessible via a nice walkway, or you can use the shuttle service. The beach was clean and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. Drinks were always available at the beach bar, and light snacks were offered at certain times. The sea was beautifully clear, warm, and with a gentle entry, making it suitable even for children. The hotel pool was great and cleaned every morning by the staff. There is a bar by the pool, everything was tidy, and we didn’t see any mess or animals around (except for two cats). The only small downside was the usual “sunbed reserving” with towels, but the staff always managed to find us free sunbeds, so it wasn’t really an issue. Overall, the staff were absolutely wonderful – friendly, helpful, and always willing to make our stay more enjoyable. When I needed water, it was delivered to our room within minutes. When I forgot my hat in the restaurant, they found it immediately and returned it to me. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. There was no noise from the Italian guests at all – they had their own program and didn’t disturb anyone. The hotel offers many nice seating areas and beautiful views from the terraces and balconies. In the evening, the lighting gives the place a very special charm. We stayed at the end of January and the weather was perfect – around 25°C, with warm and clean sea. We truly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this hotel.

Charging for parking is not necessary. The spaces are available and guest already paid to sleep there. Why are we paying to park. That's our transportation not like the property was responsible for the vehicles in lot. So why are you charging guests to park and the cars are not even being locked after. Why have a parking lot at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were there for 23 days. Breakfast every day was great. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the laundry room was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Compared to years ago, the rooms are tired and seating dirty. The room was freezing as the settings are controlled from reception and a senior with me was struggling! The prices are higher but you get less. Not even enough sugar for tea or a biscuit anymore! They are dining out on their mattress history only now! I am finding 'Travel Lodge' are much nicer to stay in as they have really upped their game

Really special location! Beautiful grounds. Delicious Chardonnay on arrival (selection of beer/wine). Most comfy bed! Follow the stunning trail to beach access. Very private and quiet property. Excellent coffee/tea/espresso bar. Peaceful and relaxing stay. We will be back!

Visited this evening 2 adults 5 children after a party crafting nearby and they couldn’t do enough for us. I called on the phone to discuss and they were helpful and flexible. We had our own area and when the children were restless they loved exploring the features there. The food was divine and reasonably priced. Service was second to none and they even put a candle in my daughter’s ice cream. Fantastic, I can’t fault this place. Will be visiting again soon:
