Over priced, getting a little tired and poor food and beverage service We stayed 4 night, 90% of people stay for one night as a stopover. We waited 30 mins for a drink and another 1hr 15 mins after the booked time for dinner before walking out. The food we had the night before was tepid, more style than substance and very expensive. We wouldn’t return even for a night stopover, the grounds are very nice, reception staff excellent, bar and restaurant poor service but they seem beholden to the chef who clearly is in charge

Great stay. Hotel is perfect and cold. The single room looks like a dorm ??????

Una piacevole scoperta Personale giovane e gentilissimo sia alla reception che alla colazione Camera spaziosa e pulita Colazione fantastica, prodotti buonissimi e freschi....lavoro in trasferta e devo dire di aver trovato la colazione migliore degli ultimi 2 anni .....TOP !! A most wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms were huge. Showers were hot and beds were comfortable. Only issue is that it is difficult to connect to the wifi. Really good value for the price and one of the most memorable places we stayed in on our trip.

一次非常唔错嘅体验，房间非常阔落宽敞职员服务态度十分友善，房间景观超级靓，仲可以望到雪山，风景极之优美。店内设施非常齐全，最钟意顶楼嘅景色，影相超级好睇。房间企理整洁、格局大气，早餐质素都好好，味道十分美味。整体体验超级完美。

临时订的房超出预期，民宿可免费借用电动车，民宿环境衞生整洁，房间就能看日照金山，早餐味道也很不错，入住很舒心。体验整体很好。纳西小院，下次有机会再住。

This older (man) staff was not very friendly, efficient, and made many mistakes. Hotel itself had absolutely no sound proof so it was noisy all night and all morning.

Good local hotel we used while selling our house. If back in the region again, we would stay again!
