We had a group booking of 27 rooms at Star Emirates, Munnar, from February 5th to 7th. The overall service was excellent and everything was well organized. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for our entire group. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone.

Room was very large and clean with nice views of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location except for the 3 am wake up call every morning from the roosters and dogs barking and fighting. My husband got food poisoning from the restaurant and spent 3 days in bed. The staff were not friendly and the waitress for dinner was sick and coughed with a runny nose the whole time we were there.Cant swim in the lagoon due to raw sewage going into it,the pools are very small. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. We stayed for 2 weeks,our linen was not changed once, I even stripped the bed so they would put new linen on it,they put the old linen back on. We have stayed in many places in Vanuatu, however we will not go back to Poppies.

Such a great stay, absolutely amazing locstion and A++ in every aspect, highly recommend

The host, Chris, was so kind to pick me up from the bus station when I was unable to get a taxi, especially since it was raining. I had a problem with the TV as well as a leaking shower, but Chris fixed them both. The bed was clean and comfortable, as was the room. Great location, within easy walking distance to the centre of town, even in the rain! Breakfasts were so amazingly good, I tried a different menu each day and was never disappointed. Thanks so much, Chris and Sue, I'll definitely be back!

SLH is a fantastic hotel chain. This hotel is good, but you don't feel that it's a luxury hotel despite it being very chic and beautiful. The service didn't match the expectations and standards set by my stays in SLH hotels around the world.

Clean and spacious. Close to the pool we needed for our swim meet.

Lovely hotel in a good position however the construction noise next door was unbearable. We were not advised about the early morning racket 6:00am until well after checkin, 12:50am!!!

The room I got and the one in the pictures were different also it was very dated
