C’est un super endroit avec un excellent restaurant Personnel très accueillant et professionnel à recommander

Stayed for 6 nights, Room was tiny for a double, (broom cupboard) very dated with wallpaper peeling off the walls and mould in the bathroom and around the windows. The extractor didn't work. The towels and bedding was thin and threadbare Wifi was intermittent at best, room was very hot with no control on the temperature. The owners are from east Asia and hotel doubled as a Thai restaurant with cooking smells through the hotel. There were language issues with the owners and complaining wasn't an easy option. Other issues included the car park being used as a car /scrap car sales area, I was told by a family member not to park there because cars were being collected. I could go on..... Finally it was extremely overpriced ￡115 per night

Loved this hotel. I was left abandoned by two other locations I booked during this trip. Regina was a relief.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Very accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would 100% stay here again on my layover.

Perfect in every way , the staff and facilities were excellent and we couldn’t fault a thing

Room was large and comfortable,pity the food wasn't as good,,bit small for money

The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was very close to Croydon station.
