Lovely weekend away at Lakeside Hotel. I couldn't fault the staff, very attentive and always happy to help. The lake view room and food were great. Robes and slippers provided in the rooms for spa use. Parking is behind the aquarium only a short walk away and is free for hotel guests. Will definitely be staying here again!

Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star hotel without help with our bags up the stair. Service not to that standard of a five star. We ended having breakfast in Bowral. They offered us the Lounge to have breakfast However, this was not suitable because of the low tables. Their excuse was that they had a very large booking (a wedding)

While this is a decent hotel, the high price point doesn’t fully align with the experience. The location is excellent, sitting right next to the shopping mall entrance, and the concierge service is top-notch. Rooms are clean and feature a minimalist, Muji-style design; however, the extreme simplicity feels a bit underwhelming upon arrival. On the downside, the bathroom is small and the bed is uncomfortably firm. Breakfast was a major disappointment, offering limited variety and subpar taste. Additionally, the adjacent two-story Muji shop feels cramped and has a surprisingly limited product selection.

Room was cozy and peaceful. Had food at the pub every night and it was delicious!

Our stay was fabulous. The property is an absolute testament to Camille and Hugues who have restored the property to enable guests to enjoy this special location in Surville, that they have chosen to bring up their family. We stayed on a night that the restaurant was not open for dinner and would definitely plan next time to stay and have dinner. The room was comfortable and on the ground floor which made our stay easier as we had a lot of luggage. The large lounge available for guests was nearby and Hugues set the fire for us to enjoy. We enjoyed our breakfast the next day, and wished we had booked to stay for more than just one night.

Very central location and very well organized with great facilities and great staff.

Hotel very mediocre. Staff not so nice. Rooms very small and basic. Location is decent.

酒店的小美女劝我不要去湿地晚上危险，我没听我被树叶碰了一下头顶，回来洗头发现头顶有大包还疼，以为是被蜱虫叮咬了，吓完了！第二天早上摸头有硬痂以为是虫子，前台的小美女説就是黄水结痂。也不知道为什么，是被虫子咬了还是过敏了，感谢全季前台小美女的服务和帮助，一个人旅行不容易得到帮助必须五星好评！暖心??服务人员的素质相当的高??附近美食给大家推荐嘻嘻??
