这次入住体验超出预期，酒店环境安静，衞生做得很到位，服务也很贴心，有需求都能及时回应。性价比高，住着安心又舒心，房间打扫得很乾净，设施齐全，床睡得很舒服。前台态度很好，热情又有耐心，整体服务很到位。出行方便，性价比很高，是一次很满意的入住体验！

Good hotel, well appointed, friendly staff, and excellent Breakfast. BUT I had booked 2 nights, was disappointed that when asked on check in if I wanted the room cleaned after the first night I replied yes - but returned to the hotel late to find no cleaning of the room had taken place. Firstly, why does the hotel suggest no cleaning service after the first night - there was no offer of reduced rates to support this. Secondly, having asked me and been told I wanted the room cleaned to then not do it is disrespectful and/or poor service. I did report this to reception who said ‘I will point that out to the staff, I had flagged it to be done’

Staff are nice, hotel has a nice bar, rooms are really dated and need refreshing. We moved rooms first day as there was a smell and it was scruffy Second room was better but still outdated and dulll. Wouldn’t pay over €125 euros a night

Very nice place to stay. With the friendliest staff and excellent food at superb location. They wil go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay.

各方面都不错，价格也很亲民。2月的海南500的价格很不错了。叠墅型，4个房间一栋，房间大带阳台，有小动物喂养，花园里有吊牀，酒店后面小桥走过去是半野生的溪谷。

Siamo ospiti di questo albergo da ieri e possiamo dire, senza esitazione, di esserci trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto. Tra queste mura si respira una storia autentica, che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale e avvolgente. La SPA è semplicemente fantastica: curata, rilassante, un vero rifugio dal mondo. Il massaggio di coppia è stato un momento di puro benessere, eseguito con grande professionalità. Le camere sono splendide, accoglienti e curate nei dettagli. Il personale è cortese, disponibile e sempre sorridente, capace di farti sentire a casa con discrezione ed eleganza. Il cibo è eccellente, di qualità e preparato con attenzione. Easy check in and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable room. Ski shuttle was a great addition to our stay.
