Perfect place for relaxing and doing nothing. We had the cave, if available, it’s a must. There is a kind of ’zoo’ for children, chickens, other birds, donkey etc for children. And a playground. Reasonable size swimming pool. Nice walks and trekking of you like. Beautiful sceneries. The whole area is done with a good taste. Not a resort for those wishing to burn themselves on sandy beach. Food is plenty and home made. Friendly staff. Cheff (Ante?) very accomodating to your special wishes. We loved our days in this resort. A kind of Spanish version of Japanise Ryokan.

We booked with Big 4 jetty caravan pk and were promised a drive through site and given a site number by the receptionist.After hanging up the phone and looking at the site map we realised the site number given was not drive through. We rang them and got a ring back after 4 hours. The person who rang back told me that she was not sure what had happened but would check and ring me back. No phone call came and instead we got an email stating that they do not allocate sites until arrival. I rang again and left a message but by next day no contact from them. I sent an email saying that if we did not get a drive through site we would need to cancel but could someone please ring me. We then received an email saying that they had cancelled our reservation,refunded the money and charged a $25 cancellation fee. I rang again the day after as I had not received any contact and the lady said she was the only one there as it was Sunday but she would get one of the managers to ring me on Monday. It’s Wednesday night now and still no contact. I have never been rude or abusive and have spoken very politely every call. If they treat all their customers this way I think they need to take a long hard look at themselves. And all this from a Park that charges $89 per night for a powered site. We have now booked with the Beachfront park at Victor Harbor an our dealings with them have incredibly friendly and accomodating.

Personnel très courtois, souriant et efficace. Studio spacieux, bien équipé et très agréable. Emplacement intéressant proche de toutes commodités.

Our stay at Riad La Perle De La Médina began with a few logistical challenges upon arrival and some issues during our stay. These were addressed directly with both the property and *******, and we appreciate the efforts made to resolve them. With that behind us, we feel it’s more meaningful to focus on the individuals and aspects that truly shaped our experience. What stood out most was the dedication of the manager, Omar. Once aware of our concerns, he went well beyond what should reasonably be expected of one person—consistently checking in, listening attentively, and doing everything within his control to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. His professionalism, care, and genuine desire to make things right had a meaningful impact on our time there. It was clear that Omar was often compensating for broader operational gaps, and his efforts deserve strong recognition and institutional support. With improved systems and additional support in place, his commitment and capability could be even more effectively realized. Another highlight of the riad is its excellent proximity to the Medina, which greatly enhanced our visit and made exploring Fes both easy and enjoyable. While our stay had its challenges, Omar’s dedication and the riad’s location near the Medina were significant positives. His hard work did not go unnoticed and is sincerely appreciated.

Un magnifique chateau, quoi de mieux pour passer un bon week-end ? Notre chambre les Andelys était très belle et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié pour prendre un verre dans la confortable bibliothèque. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et excellent. Les h?tes sont discrets et très agréables. N’hésitez à aller y séjourner !

Everything was just awesome except WiFi, WiFi really terrible, they need to buy High speed Internet for guest. We want to come back please buy High speed Internet ??
