Amenities were great, stayed there three years ago and the motel has gad a complete refurbishment. New car parking, fresh paint, new carpet, a childrens play area and out door sheltered bbq area. Staff friendly and helpful will stay there again.

Stayed only for one night, so not much to say regarding to amenities or services. Very good location and value for the price.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel in posizione centrale a Potenza. Camere pulite ma la struttura sarebbe da ristrutturare in quanto si percepisce in tutti i locali l’aria piuttosto datata. Qualche cosa da ristrutturare (ascensore panoramico) ed altri dettagli che testimonino la trascuratezza della struttura

Muito bom, qualidade no atendimento, estacionamento e proximidade ao Aeroporto de Viracopos. Excelente atendimento jantar e ótimo café da manh?

Das Hotel Savoy in Karlsbad hat ein h?fliches und aufmerksames Personal. Unsere Zimmer im Geb?ude Cleopatra waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus allen Fenstern war beindruckend: schneebedeckte Berge, gro?e B?ume und atemberaubende Architektur. Das Abendessen war sehr sch?n eingerichtet und lecker. Die Musik im Stil von Bossa Nova berieselte die R?ume. Der Spa-Bereich am Abend wurde wenig besucht, daher waren wir fast unter uns im Schwimmbecken und im Dampfbad. Lisa macht eine professionelle Thai-Massage. Das tat wirklich gut nach dem Skifahren im Klinovec (ca. 38km entfernt). Meine Familie fragte schon, wann wir wieder einen Urlaub im Savoy verbringen.

We were given a room that already had people in it. There was a scary confrontation until we figured out what was going on. Told the front desk and they didn’t even care. Got a new room but no apology or acknowledgment of their serious mistake. New room was outdated and shower did not work.

Very well-maintained facility, excellent service staff and reception staff. Excellent cleanliness throughout and good variety at breakfast. Very functional spa. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Zermatt.
