Cold hot tub was such a disappointment.. Only reason we picked this one is it had good reviews on hot tub and you travel all day, get there get your suit on and the hot tub is cold… like just a bit warmer than pool.. such a let down.. and frustrating..

Ich war als Pilgerin mit der Fu?wallfahrt dort. Sogar morgens um 2 Uhr wartete ein liebevolles Frühstück auf uns. Es war alles super ich komme gerne wieder.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great newly refurbished cabin

Wonderful stay overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming, warm, and always helpful. The hotel itself is extremely charming — from the lobby and bar to the restaurant and the room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very appreciated. The bathroom was also full of character, with beautiful small tiles that added to the charm of the place. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Breakfast was very good; I especially recommend the croissants, and the servers can also prepare freshly cooked eggs for you on request. Highly recommended.

La atención por parte del personal de recepción necesita mejorar las formas de atención al cliente. Sobretodo la persona llamada Susi. La forma de tratar a los huéspedes deja mucho que desear. La verdad que tenía unas expectativas más altas de este hotel.

My favorite place to stay whenever i need to go to Toowoomba. the rooms are always clean, the staff are fabulous. The prices are always reasonable for a clean room a pleasant stay and lovely staff.
