Construction was going on. Food was good at the restaurant. Valda was super helpful!! The bed was comfortable. AC and frig were not on upon our arrival so it was steamy hot!

Booked an Appartment with two bedroom for Team mates and for a very good price, they were happy with everything. Perfect Event Hotel out in the Green. No distruction for two days of an intensive buisiness training seminar.

五一期间预订的，两间房603元，大概定后两小时就到了这家民宿，民宿外面环境非常差，当天下雨，外面的路非常泥泞，坑坑洼洼车开进去都困难，而且周围都是烂尾楼，非常没有安全感。大概是下午四点去看了房间，结果我们订的其中一间房间都还没收拾出来，另外一间房打开门里麪一股新装修的味，非常燻人，然后决定不住，走的时候老板也没提醒什么。后面在平台退款，老板不给退，协商多次老板也不同意，五一期间就订出去了两单间，我并没有对她们造成什么损失，但是退款的时候老板説他们平台设定的是预订后不接受退款，以此为由就是不退款，最后还是携程平台帮忙解决垫付了退款。就这样的环境和生意还设定不允许退款，目的就是坑一家算一家的。请大家擦亮眼睛，千万别被坑。

Not my first time at hotel always a pleasure to go for its proximity to Du lin . The staff are friendly and helpful. Not a great lover of the food so we don't est there but that's the only negative. The rooms are spacious and clean . Entertainment on the weekends always helps as it can be quiet without it .

I had been staying with JI Hotel at Zhuhai which I felt very nice. This time is the same experience which the staff service is very good. Work attitude is warm and helpful. One thing can be improved if the room rate can be more competitive and less expensive.
