The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always helpful, the room was very clean and set up as I requested (my little ones to big for a cot but would fall out of the big bed so it was lowered to the floor) Special thanks Sophie and cherry who were on reception, and Mandy and Chloe for cleaning our room throughout our stay

We spent the weekend in Columbus to go to COSI for a long weekend with our 11 & 13 year old boys. The pool was nice and one of the bigger hotel pools we've seen. Room was nice. We liked the couch area. Front desk staff was great. We didn't have a remote and they took care of it immediately. Breakfast was good. They had waffles on Saturday but not on Sunday. My son was a little disappointed but he had a bagel and pop tarts so recovered just fine. The location is great. Worth staying there and driving the 15 minutes into Columbus to get to COSI. I'd definitely stay again.

Nice view.. the toilet is clean . But the breakfast can be improved and it is located at a genting grand hotel far from 1st world hotel..

Great stay at the Hosteller, it’s in the perfect location. The common area is fun with ping pong, chess and fooseball. The room was simple but had most amenities, no fridge. The blind was a little dirty. The hot water and pressure was the best we’ve experienced in India so far! Would stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn at Barnstaple for a family birthday. First impressions was okay and was easily checked in but not the most friendly of welcomes. We were given a room in the annex building and found the room quite easily on the second floor. The room had obviously been updated and although clean it hadn’t been what we expected. Gone is the useful workstation/desk in place a table in the corner, so unable to work as power points not where you need them. Gone is the wardrobe and now a metal framed unit where the tea making/kettle is amongst your clothes. Gone is the bedside cabinet and in place is a kitchen stool. Overall the rooms are clean and comfortable but Premier Inn sort things out will you !!! We had the breakfast/ dinner package which is in the Table Table next door. Breakfast is self service and plentiful of hot and cold food. Although expect a queue for the coffee machine. Dinner is a long drawn out process, lack of staff and what there was, was abrupt and officious. You will wait at least an hour for food, order all courses at the same time if on a meal deal. Food was good when it did arrive though.
