Well priced and has comfortable rooms! Has a efficient gym and nice meats, fruits, breads on breakfasts!

The hotel room was very good, tea and coffee supplied, bed was very comfy. But the restaurant was closed for hot meals and drinks, therefore we had no evening meal or hot breakfast. We were not informed about it being closed, which put us out quite a bit, as the hotel is a distance from any shops.

The stuff was very helpful. The room was a good size for our family of six. The breakfast was outstanding.

Excellent staff make your stay a positive experience

Everything excellent in room, with recently updated decor. Kitchen area very well stocked with utensils etc. Nice 2 burner ceramic hob. Room very clean.

When I arrived the staff was friendly, but in my room the TV was not working, I went to the reception and reported. They advised that a maintenance tech will be sent to my room immediately. I went out for dinner and when I came back it was still not working. Later I went for a shower and could not get the shower door open, it "dropped" and was scratching on the bottom frame. When I eventually got into the shower I found long hair against the wall and on the floor, I'm bald, so it clearly was not mine. Obviously the bathroom was not cleaned since someone else stayed there. At 23:00 I went to bed, TV still not working, no one showed up to check it. Extreme poor housekeeping and service for the price. I was traveling for more than 2 weeks, and on my way home, thinking I'm going to stay in a nice place the last night before heading home early the next morning. Should have gone to a guesthouse in the area. Rather support the local community than a corporate.

We have stayed here a few times before, mainly in the Winter and keep going back so it can't be bad! Warm welcome in reception and our room was lovely and warm, clean and tidy. Bathroom was spotless and the large TV was great. We were in a room out the back so no road noise at all. Free cark park. Will definitely be back.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in my life. Beautiful grounds, attentive staff, all the amenities you coudl ask for!
