Chambre très grande. Pas très jeune mais propre. Personnel agréable.

The staff have been extremely helpful during our stay seeing to all our needs, we have an autistic son and the staff could not of been more helpful Sofia and Sam have been brilliant

Our apartment (3BR + 2.5 bath) was very spacious and comfortable for 6 people (4 adults + 2 kids). It was also clean and included nice products in the bathroom, along with some basics like a kitchen cleaning kit (including laundry soap), coffee + creamer pods, and olive oil + S&P. Perfect location as well, with a market right on the corner, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions in walking distance. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were very loud late into the first night, but it's Spain and there's not much to be done about that (thin walls, late nights). We travel with white noise + earplugs for this!

We chose Villa Kiva based on the rating in *********** and we were not disappointed. We had an Africa room with a sea view, more expensive but worth it. Staff exceptional and food was first class, including catering for gluten free needs

We stayed here for 4 nights for my partners birthday and the service we received was amazing. As I had told them it was her birthday before we arrived they provided some fudge and a bottle of brut on top of the complimentary shortbread. They also wrote her a card saying happy birthday which really was the cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to as well.

The price is fair enough for a room in osaka. The room is well equipped with a fine space. However, one of the reception staff is not enough nice and helpful as a 3 star hotel. So if you are just looking for a place to stay without the assistance from the staff, you can book this hotel.
