I booked a Suite for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate a loved one's birthday, but the experience failed to live up to the occasion. Expectation: A special birthday touch and a premium room experience. Reality: Our requests for a cake and decorations were ignored, and the view from the Suite was just the side of another hotel. To make matters worse, the in-room dining service was disappointing; the staff member was surprisingly unpleasant to talk t when I asked about the menu, and the food quality was subpar. While the infinity pool views of the Johor Strait and the excellent breakfast buffet were highlights, they couldn't make up for the service gaps. We will not be returning here for any future special occasions.

Just home from a week skiiing in Courmayeur and stayed in the Villa Novecento Romantic hotel. I could not rate this hotel highly enough. It has the most wonderful warm homely atmosphere with top facilities and a wonderful restaurant The staff are amazing from Stefano ready every morning to bring us to the ski lift , Carmine, Barbara & Georgina looking after our every needs . The location is absolutely perfect also for the beautiful streets of Courmayeur. Wonderful experience

We had a really great stay at Mercure Shenzhen Nanshan Shenzhen Bay. Check-in was quick and smooth. No waiting and no complications. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and very welcoming. It immediately gave us a good first impression. The room was very clean and nicely designed. Modern style, comfortable bed, good lighting, and everything felt fresh. The bathroom was spotless with strong water pressure, and the overall space felt calm and relaxing. Most importantly, it was extremely quiet. Even though the hotel is in a convenient location, once you close the door it becomes very peaceful. We really value that when traveling. We often book Mercure whenever we travel around China, and one of the main reasons is consistency. No matter which city we visit, we already know what to expect. Clean rooms, professional service, comfortable stay, and a quiet environment. That reliability makes traveling much easier and stress free. One small detail we always appreciate is the complimentary fruit platter. It is simple but thoughtful and welcoming. It is something we genuinely look forward to when staying with this brand. Breakfast is also worth mentioning. We definitely recommend adding it to your booking. There are plenty of choices, and whether you follow a specific diet or just want something light and healthy, you will find good options. Fresh vegetables, eggs, fruit, hot dishes, and more. The variety is very good and everything tasted fresh. Overall, this is a hotel we would happily return to. Great for couples, very clean, very quiet, and dependable service. Highly recommended.

The food was awful. Buffet breakfast for $32 per person and there was no food. Had cereal coffee orange juice and some old fruit.

酒店位置很方便，出行省心。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音也不错。前台服务热情专业，入住退房都很快。早餐种类丰富，味道好，整体体验超出预期，下次还会选择！

房间非常旧，一个房间只有一个插座是好的，隔音也很差。凌晨到过渡一晚，勉强忍了。
