房间大，地方也好找，工作人员服务态度好，走不远还有个小吃街，相对比较方便，还给我升级了房型。 美中不足的是衞生，我订的房间，刚一进去就有一股浓烈的烟味，我开窗散了三个小时还没完全散掉。被子里边有几根上个客人留下的头发。 已经订过几次了，希望下次出差过来的时候不会碰到这些问题

Look we really love this hotel, it’s old, quirky, in a lovely setting, the grounds are gorgeous to walk in. This was our second stay and we were upgraded to a suite over the function rooms. Well at 3.00am in the morning we were woken by chatter, scraping of furniture, general movement noise below us. Thought the place was *******!! This lasted till about 4.30 am. Ruined our nights sleep.

Located close to the old town this impressive hotel really lives up to its 5 star rating. Comfortable and welcoming with all the necessary facilities needed for a great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is underground parking at extra cost if needed. The restaurant we dined at was very good there is another gourmet restaurant but wasn’t open when we visited. The room spacious and very comfortable.

Demi-pension : restauration variée avec des produits de bonne qualité : grand merci à Marco et Ana?s pour leur dévouement, leur dynamisme avec l'objectif de toujours satisfaire le client. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and had a mix of experiences. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, though there were some irritations. It seemed as there were two separate organizations that are totally disconnected. I had already communicated extensively with various staff members before our arrival; everyone was very helpful, all inquiries were answered immediately, and we had already booked a great deal. Although we arrived very early, the room was already available and everything was prepared as discussed. Except for one phone call in which we were asked to make a reservation for the evening. The lady confirmed that we didn’t have a reservation. I didn’t make a new reservation—we’d already done that in advance. We then went to the agreed-upon restaurant, we had a reservation and everything went as planned. That evening, we were supposed to stop by the front desk briefly to discuss the menu for the next day’s dinner on the beach. But the next morning, another call came asking us to make a reservation for that evening. "There is definitely no reservation for dinner on the beach" was the message. About two hours later, there was another call—this time to discuss the dinner in detail and reserve a buggy for 7:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m., however, there was no buggy there; I ordered one, and it arrived quickly. When asked where I was going, I said to dinner at the beach. The buggy driver said that wasn’t possible, drove past the front desk, and was told that nothing had been planned. On a hunch, he drove to the beach, and lo and behold—everything was set up and went as planned. The buggy driver even suggested we ask our butler… but there wasn’t one. On the one hand, everything was great; on the other, no one knew anything. There were quite a few of these situations that were consistently very unsettling. This is likely more of a management issue than a problem with individual staff members. But the truly wonderful experiences definitely outweighed the rest. First and foremost, Aarush, who made our dinner at the beach a memorable experience; Ayush, who took great care of us during our private BBQ at the villa; Herman, who gave us great tips during the cocktail-mixing class; and—absolutely outstanding, one-of-a-kind, and full of passion—Margaret, who shared so many wonderful insights with us during the Rum Experience. Many thanks also to everyone else who isn’t mentioned by name here. You gave us a truly wonderful, pleasant, and relaxing time that we won’t forget anytime soon. It wouldn’t be right not to highlight the performance of the staff at the “well-run organization,” so 5 stars nonetheless.

Close to downtown, easy bus transportation to city centre, safe and secure parking. There was a moldy smell in the building, rooms very small. They claim it is 5 stars, it is not!
