Front Desk officer is a little bit sarcastic based on my personal experience. I requested to check the aircon in the room because its not running but I waited too long, its been 11pm in the evening and i feel sleepy that time. Until they transferred me to other room. Imagine the stress I have experienced.

We had to change rooms because the furnace wasn’t working, and then when we got to the other room, it wasn’t working great. The staff was more than accommodating. And the valet guy was very fast.

poor construction. it took my full body weight to push the door open. the carpet n door height conflict. the pipes in the bathroom are not fully sealed- at 118am i turned on the bathroom light and there were roaches running on the toilet. it was a cold spell in fl, the room heat on full blast was luke warm, chilling the cheap linen sheets. the signage throughout the building is riddled with misspellings. total waste of money!

Organized a wedding at Santa Roza Kasauli for our client. Extended support from the hotel's GM & his team was superb which made our work smooth & easy. Guest also enjoyed the hospitality and warmth of the resort. Good food & nicely maintained rooms. Many more to come in future, Cheers !!

Our 4th stay at this Hotel, great staff and location. But the toenail clippings from previous guest on the floor and blocked sink in the bathroom does show the standard of cleaning has dropped.

The hotel is ok, you get the same experience all over the country, but the food is another story. I was on a meal deal which included two courses and a drink, and breakfast. The breakfast is help yourself but no care is taken with the presentation. The fried eggs are like rubber eggs and stuck together the bacon comes either under cooked or like dried out leather cold beans no care at all. The evening meal is no better, I have had crunchy prawns, and chicken wings starter both were hard work as a fork wouldn't pierce them. The drink offer was very confusing, you can have a pint of beer or a glass of wine but only a small glass of soft drink, I got charged ￡3 to upgrade to a pint of soft drink.
