首先酒店的地理位置非常优越，在地铁红线和蓝线共站sao sebastiao站，出站对面就是酒店，非常非常近。酒店对面还有个超市，很方便。酒店是很乾净的商务酒店，各方面都不错??

The Waterkloof Guest House is in a beautiful setting with a nice garden and trees and nice rooms. But the finesse of the service is just lacking! When we arrived, we noticed that there were only one set of towels and had to ask for another set. There were also no amenities like soap, body wash or shampoo, had to ask for that as well! The next morning when servicing our room, they took away all of the towels although only one was on the floor. We had 2 hand towels left that was hanging out of sight. and later on, we asked for 2 swimming pool towels to use at the pool. We again asked for bathroom towels and that just never arrived. The next morning, we had to use the pool towels after our shower. Small things but it does matter!

The hotel room was as expected, comfy bed clean room etc. We like premier inn; But, the restaurant was not the best. First night there was a lack of food but what was served was good. Second night we expected a better selection, but it was worse!!! No choice of food, not even a pizza. No management had intervened to get food to the place. The staff were brilliant. They were customer facing and handled the situation so well and need praise. No worries they had plenty for breakfast. Next day at breakfast - no black pudding and ran out of mushrooms. Someone in charge needs questioning about this. and would like to iterate that the staff were brilliant under really difficult circumstances.

The room was clean. We stayed 2 days , they clean the room every other day , which we did not mine. We would stay there again.

the old farm hotel did my proud, a birthday party for myself and my sister 70 and 80 respectfully. Miz was very helpful and friendly, food was out of this world, and most of all everyone including 2 cousins who stayed there thought as i have, a very good venue, and reasonable priced

Brilliant as always, very clean, comfy and safe. the hotel is a bit worn, but the friendly staff and the quiet room made up for that nicely. Thanks

Room was good, staff very pleasant, close to the harbor, so we were able to walk down to see the little penguins coming in for the night. Only one came, but it was a treat to see it!

Un hotel céntrico con buenas instalaciones. Personal amable y buena limpieza en general.

The rooms are nasty, no towels, no shampoo or soap, no air conditioner, all the pictures they show online are fake. I won't recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from this place.
