Comfy, clean, great location and affordable.

All basic needs met. Room commensurate with a budget stay. Good Tea tray, fridge, TV, and microwave. Additional heater Hot shower

I've just had a wonderful afternoon at the Park House Hotel Spa. It is small and beautifully laid out with an indoor and outdoor pool. The staff were friendly and I felt relaxed the minute I arrived. I also enjoyed an excellent massage. Highly recommend.

Honestly the best high tea experience I've had so far, and I've had a few. The chefs are so talented. Not only did the food taste great but the attention to detail was perfection. The service was topnotch too. Coming back for lunch soon

房间很冷，靠近马路晚上很吵很吵，根本睡不好。早餐更别説了，连水都不提供，就是普通的水都没有，问就告诉你没有，然后牛奶也供不上，菜品没有了也不上，根本吃不到什么东西。整个早餐区杂乱无章也没地方坐，端盘子在旁边等着。早餐太差了完全白花钱。点外卖不知道为啥机器人不给送，不打电话给前台就不给送。

We feel so welcomed here even when we are just using the gym (which has to be one of the best on the beach front). Charles, Josephine and all the staff always make time to chat to us and always asked how our day is. We chatted to Charles regarding my birthday and he suggested having a birthday break staying at Mzima he was happy to show us the rooms available. It was such a great decision Charles and the team made my birthday celebrations and our stay perfect, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. From decorating the room in flowers, having David the chef come and discuss dinner options for us and friends. The food was amazing and so well cooked (the coconut curry was cooked to perfection) and the staff were brilliant, polite and so helpful. This is a beautiful hotel in a breathtaking location but it is Charles and his team that make this hotel that extra bit special by making you feel you are the most important person. Would highly recommend (and we already have to friends) it truly was a 5* experience. Thank you

10/10 experience, definitely would recommend. The hotel was spotless and service was top notch. Front desk staff helped me with any issues I had with booking of train tickets and parking for cars was very convenient. There is hot water and a pail to soak your feet, as well as fruits and yogurt which is much appreciated.
