Truly special place. Everything and everyone were wonderful. Highly recommend.

My family 2 days at The emels villa. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, beautiful cotton sheets and lovely comfy pillows. The food was delicious and the coffees were great. I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone and we will definitely be coming back.

Room was clean. Reception was friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good but rarely on time. Be aware that there are lots of steps. Water pressure was poor. Hot water in the shower was hit and miss. Pool was small but clean and refreshing. No restaurants nearby by if you choose to not eat at their facility. The view from our room was wonderful. The Spice Suites is located in a rather “slummy” area. It is fenced in and secure though.

We stayed at this beautiful place for our honeymoon. When we arrived there was a personal note and fresh flowers congratulating us, such a nice touch. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and all the things you would want. Before arriving we wanted fun dinner plans on the nights we were there. The staff was awesome at communicating about dinner reservations and ferry schedules making sure we arrived at dinner on time. It was a wonderful vacation and we will be back someday soon. everything is good but the breakfast doesn't seem to fit my pallet except for the dimsum. nonetheless, it was worth it

The property grounds are gorgeous, but the service was terrible. I don't think the staff care about guests at all. There were only 2 staff on site and the one we interacted with the most seemed to not know anything about the local area the hotel is in. The food was horrible and our room had an ant infestation on one of the beds and even a little frog in the room. I ended up leaving St. Lucia earlier than planned because of this poor experience.
