We arranged to stay as visiting friends locally but were unable to get through to the hotel to advise them we would be late arriving!! Tried all the numbers available on the web, multiple times. Apparently can phone central bookings and ask for the local number prior to staying. I stayed on the second floor and had a disturbed sleep from what sounded like a loud dripping tap (not in my bathroom) I taped it and told reception the next day. Had I known there was a 'sleep guarantee' I would have gone to reception in the middle of the night to tell them. Nice comfy bed though and able to get extra tea and coffee from reception.

Quattro stelle in un palazzo d’epoca, in posizione invidiabile di fronte a palazzo ducale, ristrutturato con tutti i confort. Buona colazione, unico neo non aver previsto una soluzione a pagamento per il parcheggio. Non lasciatevi ingannare dal nome boutique, è un hotel normalissimo.

This is nice hotel that has a nice full breakfast on the rooftop and a nice gym. It is a little distance from the old town area and waterfront area.

Siamo clienti da oltre 10 anni e ogni volta è come sentirsi a casa. La Sig.ra Rosalba è gentilissima e accogliente. Super disponibili gli addetti alla reception e tutto lo staff del ristorante. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare. A presto!

Please…. Don’t go there, This hotel is in a basement. Once u enter the room, there’s only one exit, which is the main entrance (god forbid if there’s a fire). The main entrance is in a renovated garage, which is now the living/breakfast room. All rooms and reception are in a basement which they call Ground Zero, There’s never anyone at the reception, the lady who helped us did not speak English, The room is small was freezing and there was no hot water, The pillows smell of cigarettes and I noticed that the pillows only have a pillow case and no pillow covers, the AC system is very noisy, I spent my one night there on the sofa in the reception area, impossible to sleep with cigarette smell, I had required a king size bed, but the rooms only have queen size, they never advised me before my arrival, There are many quite nice hotels in Porto, please don’t put yourself in agony
