Very comfortable, easy check in and out. Great information platform with all information. Room service was delicious and prompt! Will stay again!

Service was outstanding, food was ok, room clean, staff super helpful and friendly. The pool are is fun and well kept. The beach area is pretty, too bad that sargassum took over, basically unswimmable.

The hotel is great but the courteous and friendly staff make it a top notch hotel.

A lovely hotel right in the centre of Cluny which enables you to stroll into the centre - as well as being next to the abbey museum. Great location, and very quiet at night Very friendly and helpful staff who were happy to ring and book us tables in recommended restaurants for our evening meals (and the recommendations were spot on). A nice, simple continental breakfast with glorious French bread, croissant and homemade jam; it’s like staying in a chambre d’hotes. Get a superior room for a view of the bell tower - and the offstreet parking (you’re in a parking payant area) in the cavernous barn.

Prestige Oceanfront Sooke is a gem. Stunning ocean views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful West Coast vibe make it the perfect place to unwind. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Left relaxed and already planning our next stay!
