Had to book quickly as going to event nearby and was let down. On booking says dog friendly, but only in words. Only rooms dogs can go in is the converted stables. Paid for 4 post poster and large and rundown low budget, albeit clean.

民宿就在古镇的街里，比较方便，房间很大，服务非常热情、周到、礼貌。到地方时工作人员就等在停车场门口迎接我们。晚上下雨了，还主动联系我们，冒雨给我们送了伞到我们吃饭的地方。走的时候还跟着我们到停车场，把停车费给结了。

Very nice friendly reception. Continental breakfast provided as you check in so you can make breakfast in the morning when you're ready. The place is small but has parking. Quiet. Nice place.

Seppur in ritardo avendo soggiornato nel Dicembre scorso,non posso non recensire questo albergo,facendo lo stesso lavoro,e come da deformazione professionale si è sempre attenti a tutto. Tutto il personale dalla reception,ragazze sempre sorridenti e professionali,alla sala,ragazzi disponibili,molto educati,cosa sempre più in via di estinzione soprattutto nel nostro settore. Il Bar coordinato e gestito egregiamente,con professionalità sorriso ed allegria. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto modo di interagire con lui e appurare tutta la sua empatia che percepivo.. Nota di merito anche all'housekeeping ,camere sempre in ordine,pulite e ben organizzate. Piccolissima attenzione la farei al servizio colazioni, leggermente lento e poco organizzato. Suggerirei un solo responsabile che possa prendere le comande e una seconda figura che si occupi della caffetteria,oltre agli altri ragazzi che come detto prima sono stati eccezionali e sempre disponibili. Complimenti,ci rivedremo l'anno prossimo.

酒店周围很方便附近好吃的挺多的也不远，前台石通娅很热情服务态度特别满意，效率基本有求必应。房间衞生乾净整洁，整体十分舒适的??

酒店很不错的，有地下停车库，车位比较多。路过固原，顺便去了附近免费的博物馆，博物馆的文创店也消费了，呵呵，拉动经济发展。

There are hotels and there are hotels but hands down, Qosmo, is most likely the best hotel quality/value wise you can get in Bra?ov in the premium segment. As I’ve also mentioned to the receptionists, I’ve stayed at Kronwell (a similar hotel at same price point) around 6 times and though impressive I’ve enjoyed Qosmo more. Where do I start? The hotel looks and feels brand new, it either is (which I purposefully didn’t check) or that maintenance is kept at a high level. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylish (modern clean look). The showers have exceptional water pressure which is a huge issue at most hotels in Romania. Breakfast was tasteful and plentiful which more than enough options to choose from - I personally opted for the fruits and Greek yogurt which might not sound like much but still tasty. And last but not least, the staff, very well and soft spoken and they see genuine in their intention to want to help (apologies I didn’t recall any names but there were more than one person on multiple occasions which were kind and helpful) The only “bad” thing which was very minor is that towards checkout there was a confusion on some room snacks that we didn’t consume but we weren’t charged. Bottom line, for 313 euros for 2 nights, this is an absolute bargain considering the overall experience (and I didn’t even get to use the spa which is in close proximity which I hear is also at a high level) - I recommend any person to definitely give Qosmo a chance on their next trip to Bra?ov - I will definitely visit again very soon :)
