Knowing the unpredictable weather in Ba Vi during your stay, We proactively offered to upgrade your tent to an air-conditioned double room for a small additional fee, hoping to ensure your comfort (you ultimately did not upgrade to a double room). Our tents and rooms are thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival.As an eco-friendly and nature-oriented resort, some of our outdoor amenities may take on a rustic feel over time, but we always maintain high hygiene standards, including regular pool water changes.
