Guest 时间:2026/02/01We had a recent stay at Cordevalle for a local staycation. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired. In general, the golf course and practice facilities were well kept and maintained. Golf-dedicated staff were very friendly, and the experience was great. We weren’t able to fit in a tee time but from what we saw of the course, it was gorgeous. The rooms at the resort are clean, modern, and well kept. Though the bungalows are next to each other, they’re generally quiet and you don’t get much outside noise. Room service is quick and housekeeping staff are friendly. We had our dog with us for the stay and bedding/bowls were provided, which was nice. The property is dog friendly which is also a plus. My only critique room-wise is that the bungalows don’t have a private back area so we had a few times where other hotel guests walked through our patio. There are very few sources of natural light for the room via private windows so you almost have to choose between privacy and light. Food at the resort is not great. The first night, we had dinner at the One Iron Bar. Service was incredibly slow despite there only being 6-7 parties (and 3 parties on the patio where we sat). My husband’s burger came out overcooked and missing the bottom bun. Salad was overdressed and in general, the food was really lacking. Wait staff were too busy talking to each other to actually provide service. At one point, we waited for 20 minutes to get a dessert menu so I sent my husband to go get our server. You can tell the staff, aside from the manager, don’t really want to be there. Room service food is quick but also relatively underwhelming. The least pleasant part of the stay was my interaction with front desk staff. During the stay, almost all of our encounters were with staff who had minimal to no customer service training. Most of the weekend staff were Gen Z girls who don’t seem to have ever worked at a resort/hotel before. Check in was quick but the staff provided little to no direction and we had to ask for information about the resort in order to know where to go for our rooms and the tennis courts, etc. When we asked for bandaids or information, we were often met with blank stares and rude answers. During check out, the front desk person wasn’t able to provide a receipt so I had asked for it to be emailed to me, which never happened. I ended up calling 4 times to finally get a copy of the receipt (was told it was emailed to me but never received. Said they had a system reboot or the person never sent it) and 2-3 more calls to resolve incorrect charges (was double charged for resort fees, Chase Edit property credits weren’t applied, breakfast or other charges were incorrect). The receipt was also labeled with the craziest things (dog fee was labeled as a store purchase, property credit labeled as package lost). When I expressed to the staff how frustrating the experience to resolve the charges and to even get a copy of my receipt酒店回复:
