The location was great. It was clean. The room was very small. Service was bad.

Everything was A-OK. Great room, clean and comfy, great property all over, curteous stuff. Breakfast was awesome.

The apartment building is in a good location, just a 17-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. The facilities are nice, but the infinity pool is crowded because there are too many rooms in the building. Check-in was fast, but check-out took 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we found that our towels were dirty — it looked like the previous guest had left them and the housekeeper hadn’t changed them. The front desk sent new ones. There was no cleaning service during our 4-day stay; we had to ask the front desk to send new shampoo and bath gel. Also, smoking is not allowed in the building, even though the room has a balcony. However, we found a used cigarette left by the previous guests.

Wire hanging by door, kitchenette not equipped (had two mugs, two plates and one dinner knife). Bedding on one bed had a dirty mark. Sofa was dated.

Past its sell by date. Untrained staff, lack of management, below par food, needs a refit. On the downside you are locked in after 5:30, as a foreigner you pay over 500 rupees each time to enter the reserve even though you are booked into a hotel on the reserve. Makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz.

Vandaag weer volle pond betaald terwijl ze in de verbouwing zitten . Turkstoombad binnen was een erg chemische geur aanwezig, daar ook melding van gedaan. Maar werd wel toegeven maar niks mee gedaan. Buiten turkstoombad was in onderhoud. Douches buitenwerk geen digitale kastjes beschikbaar en omkleden als volwassenen in kinderhokjes. De week ervoor hetzelfde meegemaakt je word er ook niet van op de hoogte gebracht voor je een kaartje koopt.wel wordt er even gezegd dat de ingang nu anders is. Als ze dat gewoon aangeven op de site dan was ik niet gegaan Ik denk geef ze nog een kans want vorige week had ik het ook al meegemaakt Ik denk dan is het wel klaar Er staat niets van op hun site ik vind dit echt waardeloos.
