Fantastic experience with Rancho Caymus Inn. We came an hour early and able to get a free early check in and a free room upgrade. Regan was really friendly and superb service! The heated pool and hot tub were great even when it was raining. We got robes and outdoor towels which is awesome! Breakfast is good and you can pay if you want more food. It was enough for us to start the day! The room is very large! Cozy bed, very clean bathroom and large closet! Definitely worth the money and we will be back in the future for sure!!

Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming and rude. I asked if early check in was possible and she gave me such an attitude. A simple no early check in would have been fine without the attitude. The vent light above the stove in the kitchen wasn’t working. I wanted to leave it on in case any of us needed light to go use the bathroom during the night. The vent from the portable AC to the window kept falling off so it kept leaving the window slightly open and since we were in a room with lots of traffic passing by, I was awaken by the garbage truck early in the morning. When my family and I went to get breakfast, I felt like the lady working the breakfast station was keeping a close eye on us and felt the need to clean up right after every scoop of food I got. I felt no space from her.

La chambre était très propre, impeccable ! Malgré cela : décor manquant de chaleur. Un fauteuil supplémentaire serait apprécié. Le personnel était très sympathique et à notre écoute. Rideau dans la douche : éclaboussures garanties au pied des toilettes ; pas très confortable ! Point signalé à la réception : la prise de courant dans la salle de bains ne fonctionnait pas. Séjour agréable cependant.

Good environment, clean and comfortable room for families member.. the hotel located in the middle's of malacca town and full of facilities. The swimming pool outside the hotel building also clean and suitable for kids and adult. Will repeat if come to malacca ????

Hotel was great however they charged me full room rate when I was supposed to have it mostly paid for by one key cash credit…How do I resolve this?

Lovely pub with upstairs accomodation. Spacious, stylish, spotlessly clean family room. I struggle to sleep in a new bed in the first night but this bed was SUPER comfy and I had a great nights sleep. Lovely bathroom. Good selection of hot drinks in the room along with biccies and complementary bottled water. Helpful staff. Surroundimg area really quiet and nice. About 10 mins walk from Islington Green and all the hustle with bakeries, cafes, shopping and pubs, and 15 from Angel tube. Emirates stadium a 15 minute bus ride from Islington Green. Worked perfectly for us for an away game at Arsenal but plenty to do in the locality either side of the match. Would highly recommend.
