the location is fabulous and the rooms, ambience and restaurant are very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to the Marche area.

The stafff were very pleasant, the room was clean, warm and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was good.

Room size adequate, if a bit dated . Facilities in room fine and bed comfortable and clean . Very handy for the anvil theatre and shopping centre. Chech in staff helpful.

Clean, staff is so friendly, pools are beautiful, more than you can imagine…had a great stay in paradise

Very attentive staff. And closed by the Royal free Hospital, which it was convenient for me

Decent budget pick as a base for cave tours. Rooms are basic and a bit run down, mostly clean but the shower could have been cleaner and the water heater was making noise all night. There was a bit of a musty smell I think because it was rainy and very wet. People were lovely and so helpful, they arranged drivers wherever we needed to go, the food was good in some instances, enjoyed several cups of delicious ginger tea, breakfast was just ok. My friend had a great massage mine was fine but not the best. But given the price was extremely low, it’s a good pick for a budget traveler!

Staff asked me not to throw garbage into the pool. I am a grown man, why would purposely throw garbage into your algae infested pool. Pool was green. Not safe.

Pleasant hotel, really helpful staff, decent selection of good-tasting food at breakfast. Highly recommended
