The room too small, the staff were okay, the only person who’s been nice was the cleaning lady!! Very nice.. the rest not at all.. not helping with bags or anything at all… the add stated the do have the parking but THEY ARE NOT!!! Big Deal!!!

L'appartamento è un gioiellino che si affaccia proprio accanto alla cattedrale di Enna, in pieno centro. Dà su una ampia piazza e nei dintorni si trova ogni tipo di servizio. Dotato di ampio soggiorno, camera da letto e bagno di elegante fattura. La vera chicca? Una vista meravigliosa che permette di osservare una parte dell'interland e l'Etna innevata! Giuseppe è un host meraviglioso: discreto, puntuale e disponibilissimo. Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente!

Amazing hotel. Rooms were very spacious. With all you would ever need. (Courtyard) On the same level as the residence spa/pool. Nice to have sauna and steam room available. Pool was a little cold. The bar was cool. Great location. Tube station just minutes away and plenty restaurants and bars nearby.

Really nice room with a beautiful view. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and the staff was kind.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is a bonus. Room is clean and nicely equipped.
Minor gripe. Our room A/C system was a gathering place for mosquitoes. I was fighting them off during our stay.

酒店位置优越，步行3分钟到大英博物馆、靠近牛津街、中国城、Covent Garden、Soho等热门地点，交通便利；酒店前台友好、热情、免费送了伦敦地图，早晨服务员细致周到；早餐品种非常丰富，味道很不错；房子设施很新，整洁有品味，设施齐全，插座很多，插线板没有用上，而且有USB Type-C、苹果Lightning、Micro USB等插口，不用转换头，直接插就行，非常方便，室内中央空调，可制热可制冷；衞生间洗漱台超大，随便摆放洗漱用品，有浴缸，可泡澡也可以淋浴，水流大热水充足，除了洗发液，浴液，还有身体乳，非常贴心，放浴巾的架子是加热的，用的时候总是热乎乎的，细节做的非常好，能为顾客着想，非常不错的入住体验。
