Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The grounds were beautifully maintained and truly stunning, creating such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. Every staff member we encountered was top notch — always attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made our experience even more memorable. The spa was amazing, and the massage was one of the best we’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to unwind and added so much to our stay. The restaurants and bars were also exceptional, with delicious food and drinks, and the views throughout the resort were simply breathtaking. We would absolutely return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and unforgettable getaway.

Outstanding hotel, lovely for a small relaxing by the Douro river. Breathtaking views, amazing food and very nice interior decor. Staff are great (reception is exemplary!), however I would say that restaurant staff need to improve on their English as I felt service is much better in Portuguese than English (I’m Portuguese and my partner’s English which is how we noticed this difference). Otherwise, this has inspired us to think about going to yet another Octant hotel in future (we’ve been to the one in évora before which is also great!)

酒店回复：Dear Eduardo,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the tranquillity of our riverside setting, the views, the gastronomy, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel. It is especially rewarding to read your kind words about our reception team.We also appreciate your observation regarding communication in English within the restaurant. Feedback such as yours is invaluable, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to refine the experience we provide to all our guests. It is a pleasure to know that your stays with Octant have left such a positive impression, and we would be honoured to welcome you again, whether here by the river or at another property within the collection.Louren?o Guimar?esGuest Relations Manager
