Most staff were excellent. Sunday breakfast staff didn't keep up with the demand. Our room was too close to the doors to the pool and they slammed so many times until about 12:30 AM. Other guests were loud and seemed to stand close to our door and just hold loud conversation well past midnight. The bathroom needed a new shower rod and for it to be straight. The grout in the shower could've used more attention. There was no extra roll of toilet paper. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was a challenge.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical and mediocre, but free. Lobby area small and cramped- not cozy. Fridge in room didn't work. Clean enough, but not very clean. Maneuvering in and out with any amount of luggage was challenging given the unshoveled ramps, tiny carts and only one small elevator off the lobby. Best part was convenience to local shopping.

Thank you for accommodating my request for a higher floor. However, I arrived at the hotel around 3:55 pm, and the check-in time is after 2 pm. There was a long queue at both counters, and I waited 30 minutes to check in. I’m not sure if this is standard procedure or if the check-in process needs improvement. I also noticed that the room door was cracked and there was no swing bar lock. I’m not sure if this is the original design or if it’s been damaged.

Als Teilzeitrollstuhlfahrer hatte ich einen tollen Sevice und viel Hilfe bis hin zum Freikratzen meines Autos vom Schnee. Vielen, vielen Dank. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Buffet am Abend war lecker und hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverh?tnis. Leider war das Badezimmer in der Suite nicht mit dem Rollstuhl erreichbar. Ein kleiner aber bei mir verschmerzbarer Wemutstropfen.

I booked the restaurant for a family gathering after a burial service at nearby Westall Park. We wanted hot food for a group of 40 guests and Rob suggested baked potatoes with a selection of delicious fillings. The food was really great, as was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. I would 100% recommend this place for similar events. Thank you all so much!

H?tel was amazing and the staff were so lovely! My only wishes were that the WiFi worked better and there was an fan in the bathroom.

Staff very good and enjoyed the location and overall facilities and space. The walls of the room were incredibly thin and you could hear people whispering next door. Very disappointing aspect of an otherwise good hotel.
