The view is beautiful! Staff are not very friendly or accommodating for a resort. Breakfast Buffett needs a little more variety. It was the same thing every day.

The room was spacious, which was nice. However, some facilities were not functioning properly, including the TV and the bathroom door.
We stayed for two nights and decided not to raise the issues during our stay. However, it did impact our comfort.
We were also charged RM50 for early check-out, which was unexpected.
While the space was good, we feel that improvements in maintenance and communication would enhance the guest experience. At this point, we are unlikely to return.

Good location for getting to & from airport & cruise port. However, not many restaurants in the immediate area (just a couple fast food places), so need to take Uber to go out to eat. Like that it’s more than just a hotel room — has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate sitting area, a vanity area & bedroom.

Room smelled like smoke. Air conditioner was super loud all night long. Room felt dusty. Bathroom was clean. Nice distance to magic game however felt a little icky the room.

Localiza??o perfeita, equipe atenciosa, café da manh? muito bom. O hotel está em reforma, e realmente está precisando. A area da recep??o já está pronta , porém restaurante e o quarto que fiquei ainda n?o, portanto, o mobiliário é antigo, piso, portas, banheiros e acabamentos em geral est?o precisando urgente de renova??o. Mas para apenas tomar banho e dormir, está otimo.

I recommend this hotel for their great service, as they are quick to follow up with any requests. Special thanks to Ousama, Nora and Samia for looking after us and always checking if everything is okay. We had a great time staying at this hotel and enjoyed the food service at the hotel restaurant. Overall, this hotel did not disappoint. It is the best of the best. Thank you.
