All Staff excellent, unexpected upgrade was a bonus, hotel itself very modern and all amenities catered for. However house keeping need to pay more attention to detail! hairs on bedding, room floors dirty/grimey, balcony glass needs algae removing and cigarette butts left on balcony (we don't smoke) which was a shame as everything else was perfect

Great room. The view was of other roof tops, but who stays in the room. It was in a great area close to everything. Would stay here again.

A good hotel conveniently located near Paris CDG. It’s about a 5?minute walk from the PR Parking station, with easy access via the free CDGVal shuttle. Check?in included a complimentary drink, and while the room is fairly basic, it’s comfortable enough for an overnight stay. I’d recommend it if you have an early flight out of CDG.

The road in front is limited to busses so a taxi or Uber can’t drop you off in front. There is no elevator, at my age sleeping my suitcases up the stairs isn’t good. The staff was a great help with this. The breakfast is on the fourth floor so more stairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was eggs to order and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The laminate flooring in the room was falling apart. Ok value for the price.

Ich habe drei wunderbare Tage im Grand Hotel Centenari, Valencia, Autograph Collection verbracht und kann meinen Aufenthalt nur w?rmstens empfehlen. Das Hotel besticht durch seine traumhafte Lage direkt an der Plaza del Ayuntamiento im Herzen von Valencia, ideal für Sightseeing, Shopping und kulinarische Erlebnisse in der Altstadt. Beim Check-in erhielt ich ein Upgrade auf ein Premier-Zimmer mit Blick auf das Rathaus. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, elegant und gepflegt, und die Sauberkeit war durchgehend hervorragend. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt für mich waren die etwas zu harten Kissen, die den Schlafkomfort minimal beeinflusst haben. Das Frühstück à la carte im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ein echtes Highlight. Frisch, k?stlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert. Gerade wer Wert auf qualitativ hochwertige Frühstücksoptionen legt, wird hier nicht entt?uscht sein. Das Restaurant und die Bar im Lobby-Bereich laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Bar bietet erstklassige Drinks in stilvoller Atmosph?re, und sowohl dort als auch im Restaurant war der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. ? Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem zentral gelegenen, eleganten Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, grossartigem Frühstück und sehr komfortablen Zimmern. Kleinere Abzüge gibt es nur für die Kissen, sonst aber absolut empfehlenswert!

Это не отель, а какая-то сказка! Я оказалась в старинном палаццо, с потолками 6 или 7 метров, гигантской комнатой, люстрой из музея, историческими фресками в коридоре! Шок! Мне еще поменяли номер на более высокий класс, просто так, и это было просто невероятно! Впечатлений масса! Я вернусь, если хотите почувствовать характер города! Всем советую, отличное расположение и внимательный персонал. Из минусов (которых нет, это просто важные советы) - сайту советую изменить информацию о времени выезда, он в 10.00. И пол в отеле каменный, а одноразовых тапочек нет, немного прохладно.

Rooms are not in good condition, toilet flush was broken. No shampoo conditioner, only body shower gel. No water at all at the restaurant, (not even for purchase). Bed sheets and duvet were not changed frequently.

Suite à notre séjour durant un week-end dans cette établissement (où nous avions réservé 3 chambres), l'heure est venue de vous faire part de notre déception. Arrivée Samedi 07 Février vers 17H : Réception des 3 chambres - direction le SPA = panne du Hammam Remontée vers 19H : - chambre 10 télévision dans le salon en panne, (nous le signalons à vos équipes qui sont en service au restaurant, pas de réactions....), impossibilité de fermer la porte de la cabine de douche = inondation du sol - chambre 7 coupure d'électricité, nous contactons à nouveau la réception qui missionne une personne 15 mns plus tard qui viendra constater que des prises défectueuses entra?nent une coupure générale (impossibilité de les utiliser) Dimanche 08/02 : - Petit déjeuner début à 09H fin à 10H15, pour 1 café 1 jus d'Orange, 1 croissant et 2 Tartines, le service a été extrêmement long (le préposé au petit déjeuner nous informe qu'il doit décongeler du pain et qu'il faut patienter 10 mns avec seulement 12 personnes présentes, c'est n'importe quoi), au point que certains clients sont partis sans déjeuner. Nous avons même envisagé de faire de même. - très en colère, nous retournons dans nos chambres, et dans la chambre 10 une odeur nauséabonde est présente (nous supposons des remontées par les canalisations). COMME UN SYMBOLE Vous comprendrez aisément notre colère et quelle image déplorable de cette établissement 4 étoiles
