This is an amazing hotel with excellent staff. It is a truly english experience. The “dated” aesthetic is not a negative. This is a true old beauty straight out of movies.

Amazing staff, great location, had all the amenities we needed for a 6-nights stay. Our only complaint is the food for breakfast- it was so tasteless and one of us got food poisoning.

房间有蟑螂，即使房间空出来也要等到15点入住，大厅空调开的机冷，很死板，整体环境也还可以，交通便利。

Zeer mooi uitzicht op het veerse meer en ruime kamer met bad, en ook zeer ruim overdekt balkon! Alleen het eten viel behoorlijk tegen. Wij hadden een keer gekozen voor roomservice maar was luxer omschreven dan het in werkelijkheid was...

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e attenzione, sentendoci subito a casa. La struttura è davvero affascinante: una dimora storica riportata a nuova vita grazie a un design curato nei minimi dettagli, dove eleganza contemporanea e memoria del luogo convivono in perfetta armonia. Ogni camera è dedicata a un grande nome del design, un tocco che rende l’esperienza ancora più unica. Gli ambienti sono raffinati, ben curati e trasmettono una piacevole sensazione di comfort. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche la sensibilità e la naturalezza con cui è stato accolto il nostro cane, rendendo il soggiorno davvero inclusivo per tutta la famiglia. Consigliamo questo hotel senza esitazioni a chi cerca autenticità, stile e un’accoglienza genuina nel cuore delle Marche. Torneremo sicuramente!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Juffair area. Overall, very pleased with the location, service, check in and check out experience, room service and restaurant facilities. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d happily go back to this hotel and recommend it for those who want a hotel that is close to most sights and nightlife. Great value for money

Un hotel con 3 restaurantes y un bar cómodo más y un área de wellness con sauna y piscina. Los empleados son amables y salen los billetes de ski también. Las habitaciones son nuevas y cómodas.

The checking in process is rather complicated, but everything else is perfect. Beautiful building, rooms are spacious and warm. Very comfortable bad and clean bathroom. The location is great. In front of the metro station and walking distance to the city center and all major sights.
