Good stay and everything was clean, you get towels and everything, only bummer was the amount of showers (2) which could be a problem once’s the hostel runs at full capacity. Wi-Fi was **** tho and you got a self check-in

Staff was very friendly. Spa was clean and great service. Restaurant and bar were very good. Champagne on arrival. S’mores kits to make snacks. The little things make you feel welcome.

位置方便 带行李箱不需要走太久 距离地铁口很近 大概1分钟 负一楼是一个公共区域 提供大家休息 也可以在超市和便利店买吃的 有电磁炉可以加热 也有热水壶可以泡麪 在负一楼 洗澡统一到6楼 也有洗衣机烘乾机收费的 但是衞生不咋乾净 我男的头发那么短 结果刚躺下就出现一大根长头发 直接给我整无语了

Very helpful staff who let us check in a bit earlier. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Good location that allowed us to walk into the town centre - which is great because parking is impossible in Queenstown.

We received a very friendly welcome when we booked in, quite late at night. The room was clean, though a bit hot despite the window being left ajar and the snow outside.
Plumbing worked OK, though I couldn't take down the shower head, which was way above my head and appeared to be a bit stuck.
