Charging for parking is not necessary. The spaces are available and guest already paid to sleep there. Why are we paying to park. That's our transportation not like the property was responsible for the vehicles in lot. So why are you charging guests to park and the cars are not even being locked after. Why have a parking lot at all.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr schlecht und lag weiter unter dem, was angeboten wurde. Das ist besonders schade weil die Küche sehr ambitioniert wirkt, nur der gesamte Service, mit Ausnahme einer Fachkraft, sich überhaupt keine Mühe gibt. Auf den Saunabereich wurden wir nicht einmal hingewiesen, wir wurden am Ende nicht gefragt ob es uns gefallen hat. Als wir erfuhren, dass sich unser sehr altes Zimmer im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug befindet wurde uns keinerlei Hilfe beim Tragen angeboten. Das Zimmer entsprach bei weitem nicht dem verlangten Preis, ebensowenig der Service insgesamt.

房间有蟑螂,即使房间空出来也要等到15点入住,大厅空调开的机冷,很死板,整体环境也还可以,交通便利。

Location, amenities, staff and cleanliness all great.
The only small concern we had was the washing machine has sadly changed some clothing items to a grey colour rather than the vibrant colors they were. Which I haven’t been able to rectify at home.
Other than that definitely will be rebooking when in the Gold Coast next.

Hotel zur Pfeffermuhle is a great hotel with very spacious rooms and beautiful bathrooms, very friendly staff, well-kept healthy and varied breakfast buffet, pleasant dinner & nice spa/welness. Private transfer to the cable station of Sankt Anton !

Taj Cidade charged extra money for the food and beverage bills which are not used and ordered even by us. Even they forged bill with signature. Unnecessary the bill was raised for Rs 12000 instead of 4700. The amount was charged without bill and they forged signature , this is for consumption near swimming pool. Even the supporting was not provided by them, they created forged bill with forged signature of 6500 Rupess. This is complete cheating and not expected from Taj hotels

Lovely location & a welcoming atmosphere. Six of us went for a family celebration. 4 of us had the carvery which was excellent value for money. Lots of choice of good quality food. Staff were friendly & helpful. Although the restaurant was busy we didn’t have to wait for drinks or our food. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
