The staff were really friendly! They all were able to communicate in English when we were struggling to speak in German. The breakfast was 10/10, lots to choose from, and our room was also great! We would definitely stay here again!

The good: Lovely staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the spa one evening and had it to ourselves. Location is great. 5 minute walk to the old town. The bad: Overall the hotel just feels a little tired and run down. Carpet in the hallway is stained and worn. At least on the fourth floor. Also our key card never worked. We had to keep going downstairs to reset it every time we came back to the room.

Ristorante dagli interni curati, con panche e dettagli in legno, tavoli apparecchiati bene e servizio cortese. Ho assaggiato degli antipasti a buffet, una pasta con pomodoro, panna e speck e un arrosto con patate al forno. Purtroppo non ho provato i dolci e non ho soggiornato nell'hotel.

The pool was great. Comfy beds. Breakfast was nice. Super eggs. Telly was great. Bathroom nice and cosy. Spotless room.
