Perfect hotel for my trip. Kita Senju is a great location that's not overly touristy but still has so many great transportation access to all the ideal parts of Tokyo. I loved the neighbourhood and the hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the station and within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and cafes as well as a Donki. The front desk staff were so kind and friendly. I appreciated the evening happy hour which included snacks and free soft drinks and alcohol. The public bath was great and opened both in the morning and at night. Every type of amenity was available to have a comfortable stay. Would absolutely come back here again!

Serve my needs as a business travel. Cannot fault anything. ??

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Jamie and Sarah were great hosts and the breakfast was all great quality and very filling.

The room was in the 2nd floor and we had a baby with us. Having to carry the baby and all the belongings up and down 2 flights of stairs wasn’t appropriate. The restaurant was down another flight of stairs and having to carry the pram up and down these stairs wasn’t app either. The restaurant didn’t have high chairs and I had to feel my baby while he was sat in in his pram.

Great room, very comfortable bed, good amenities, excellent staff and really good food. Nice vibe to the pkace

房间整体不错，但水压不稳定；酒店离阿姆斯特丹商务区很近，但离附近的地铁站需要步行10分钟，离电车站也有一段距离；酒店没有洗衣房和熨烫设施

Shower very dirty , mould on window and windowsill . Had to flush toilet as was used before we were given room key
