It’s a good modern hotel, but there was noise in our room that made it difficult to sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to park and access, tidy room. Great value, would stay again.

Excellent service all around, especially given the price. The only exception, which I guess is not the hotel's fault, is the 4 am adzan subuh (call of prayer), which sounded like the loudspeaker was installed right in front of my door. Apart from that, I am very happy with my stay. The staff are especially helpful and nice.

La spa è un vero gioiello: curata, rilassante e dotata di tutti i comfort per rigenerarsi completamente. Ogni dettaglio, dai servizi alla pulizia, è stato impeccabile. We booked a last minute stay with our dog with the Muddy Paws package. We stayed in a room in the courtyard which was very spacious and nicely furnished with a super bathroom. Lovely dog bed and treats for our dog were provided. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay. The restaurant was lovely with a good selection of food. We both really enjoyed our meals. The staff were great, very friendly and efficient. Al in all we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

The infrastructure inside the room is good but some rooms have a problem with hot water and water pressure in the shower.
