Add in-hotel spa would be amazingly convenient

Had a wonderful dinner experience at Taj. Special thanks to Ganesh and Diya for their warm hospitality, attentive service, and making the evening so comfortable and memorable. Truly appreciated their care and professionalism.

Eine Nacht bewohnten wir zu dritt die gro?e Suite Nr. 84. Vorweg, das Personal im Restaurant war am Abend und am Morgen hervorragend, sehr aufmerksam, bemüht und freundlich. Der Mann an der Rezeption beim Check in war reserviert freundlich aber o.k. Der Mann an der Rezeption am Abend, dem wir vor dem Abendessen unsere M?ngelliste mitteilten, war einfach unterirdisch. Die gro?e Suite wurde mit allen Annehmlichkeiten beworben. Leider kam die Ernüchterung schnell. Das Bett für die 3. Person war eine Klappliege und wurde unvorteilhaft im Wohnbereich aufgebaut. Dieses haben wir dann im Schlaf bereich rüber geschoben. Die Minibar stank extrem muffig. Die Kühlung musste schon l?nger nicht richtig funktionieren. Aus der Bar konnte man einfach kein Getr?nk entnehmen, geschweige irgendetwas reinstellen. Der Whirpool funktioniere nicht, das Bedienfeld war lose. Am Waschbecken war die Handwaschlotion leer, bereits als wir ankamen und im Schlafzimmer war von der Gardine mindestens 3 Haken nicht in der Führung, so das diese runterhing. Ein Bademantel war an der Seite ca. 15 cm aufgerissen und die hochwertigen Pflegeprodukte suchte man auch vergebens. Waschlotion, Whirpool und Gardine zeigten wir am Abend in der Rezeption an. Keine Entschuldigung von dem Herrn , überhaupt keine Reaktion,er hat nur etwas in den Computer reingetippt und o.k. gesagt. Nach dem Abendessen fanden wir auf dem Schminktisch eine neue Flasche Handwaschlotion, nach dem Motto einbauen k?nnt ihr das selbst.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet h?tel pour fêter un anniversaire et autant nous n’avons pas apprécié le repas, nous avons en revanche adoré l’hébergement. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle et la chambre 34 en bout de l’annexe est une perle rare avec sa terrasse avec vue plongeante. Un très bel endroit

All I can say is the entire Hotel, the staff, the restaurants, breakfast, lunch, dinner, food trucks, swim-up bars, cigar lounge, Concierge, house keeping, Coffee shop, everyone in this AMAZING Resort went over and beyond EXCELLENCE in every detail in making sure that we had the Most Amazing time!!! We will definitely go back!!!??

a very faint smell after dogs in my room. the spa had a few tiles that came off and one of the misty showers didn't work. however, the room-upgrade was grate and the food lovely.

Always stay here when we visit with family in Massachusetts or catch a game at Fenway Park. The property is always clean and the staff is great. It's surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Perfect location. We''ll be back in a couple months for another Rays game!
