We were not told upon check in that the wifi and tv service were having difficulty. Ie wire severed. There was literally nothing working. Phone in room dead.

We loved it.
The location is quiet but 3 minutes to the Main Street.
The hotel itself is Instagram picturesque. You’ll feel like in Disneys Aladdin. Breakfast is also great.
The service is especially good. We stayed in a 5 star resort before and noticed no difference to the staff friendliness and attitude.
If we come to lombok again we will definitely stay at Kumbara.
