Stayed for 3 nights and service was amazing. My friend lost his glasses at a restaurant and the receptionist offered to help us collect! We tipped the staff and they were super friendly.
However, the cafe food located inside the hotel was normal, not much food options.

Room was like an oven. Fan cooling inadequate. Microwave, plates, shower screen not clean. Cobwebs and dust on walls. No kitchen utensils- not even a teaspoon. One seat pillow badly stained. Kitchen floor gaps. Kitchen tap loose. Shower tap knob fell off. Balcony flyscreen difficult to open and close. Thanks for the room upgrade. Hate to think what the other one was like. Never again.

Es war alles sch?n sauber,
Das Personal war super nett und freundlich und obwohl ich das ?Donut Disturbed Schild“ an der Tür angebracht hatte, bekam ich freundlicherweise t?glich frische Handtücher an die Tür geh?ngt.

Amazing staff, great location, had all the amenities we needed for a 6-nights stay. Our only complaint is the food for breakfast- it was so tasteless and one of us got food poisoning.

Old traditional building and on surface looks ok. Some minor decortiin issues, worn carpet, limited lighting and couldn't get a/c working but that could be user error. Average booking in expirience.

Great hotel service, room isclean, the staffs are also very helpful, overall enjoyed the stay and definitely would go back here on my next Osaka trip.
