Stay is nice staff with good behaviour My recent stay at ashapuri residency Hotel was the perfect escape during a busy business trip. Located in the heart of the city, it offered the convenience of being walking distance to major corporate offices while feeling like a quiet sanctuary once inside.

The staff were very accommodating. Although the room was spotless it was tired and a bit basic for the price.

Had a great evening in the social fantastic service from Emily Sarah and Ryan. Shout out to the chefs loved my goujons

The hotel was not as describe. It was very run down and the staff was unprofessional. There was no coffee in the rooms and issues with the TV.

We had a one night stay here after attending a charity ball. The hotel is in a great location and easy to find. Plenty of parking just a couple of minutes walk away, and only ￡5.60 overnight. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. They are also bubbly and delightful, especially the lovely lady with long blonde curly hair. She’s an absolute credit to Premier Inn. Thanks also to Kienan! I would definitely stay here again. Room was ideal and exactly what we needed.

I've used this hotel frequently with my wife and grandchild. Rooms always spotless. Staff always friendly and efficient. Love it. Special mention for Natasha who always greets our grandchild and is incredibly helpful.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. It’s a small room but only because it’s a historic beautiful building. It had everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant. The food was superb. Good price too. Highly recommended. ??

We stayed at the Brig O’Doon for two nights after our wedding as a little mini moon. The hotel is beautiful - very atmospheric and romantic and we stayed in the signature river view room - the view is the stuff of fairytales. The room was luxurious and we had a great sleep! All the staff were friendly and professional and there were some lovely touches and treats as we had mentioned we were staying post wedding. We ate in Tales restaurant both nights and the food/drinks were lovely and the service excellent. The hotel is in a beautiful part of Ayrshire and we enjoyed the Burns experience and a walk to the coast. Can’t fault a thing, we had a romantic and magical two days away and will be back for our anniversary.

Everyone was nice. Breakfast was breads, yogurt, eggs and juice. Riad is walking distance to attraction. Only annoying part is hot showers only last 5 min in the winter and you have to wait 30 min for hot water in the winter. The room was cold but the space heater made room warm in 30 min

Indeed, if you stay in the shower for a long time, the water gets cold.That's also why we've placed an explanatory note in each room, to better manage this issue, but we can't install any larger ones.Regarding the heating in the rooms, it works very well everywhere. The reversible air conditioners were installed in August 2025 in all the rooms, and they are oversized relative to the room's square footage.However, they work very quickly, and when you arrive, you set the desired temperature, and in 15-20 minutes, you have that temperature in the room.Fortunately, you mentioned some positive points, even though the ones you noted weren't negative, but the reception staff should have explained these two points in more detail.Thank you for your stay with us.
