Hotel in un palazzo vecchio ma ben tenuto. La valutazione positiva basata sul fatto che è un tre stelle con un prezzo decente, in una zona ben messa, all’inizio di via Toledo vicino al mare (5min a piedi) e piazza plebiscito e il teatro San carlo. La colazione andrebbe migliorata nella qualità dei prodotti. Personale cordiale. La nostra stanza era ampia, con decori un po’ antiquati (come turista si potrebbe dire folcloristico storico :)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft welche wir erhalten haben war super! Toller Ausblick und es war alles sauber! Die Lage ist auch tiptop. Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei.

The room was overall clean. Very quiet hotel. Only complaints are the mattress was pretty soft and the carpet felt and looked pretty grimy. A great shower with a taller shower head and it had water pressure. The breakfast wasn’t too bad either. We would stay there again.

I was grateful for the helpful warm welcome and consideration shown by all staff on arrival and throughout my stay. My room was clean and comfortable and just what I needed for my 2 night stay

?La estancia fue genial! Pero, sin duda, lo que más quiero destacar es el servicio del hotel. Todo el equipo es increíble: empleados simpáticos, siempre con alegría y atendiéndote con muy buen humor, algo que hoy en día se valora muchísimo. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue de 10. En especial, Valeria en recepción, impecable desde la llegada. También destacar al personal del restaurante y al equipo de reservas: todo fue perfecto desde el inicio de la gestión. Es realmente difícil encontrar un equipo tan profesional, cercano y humano. Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. ?Totalmente recomendable! ???

Ho soggiornato una notte il questo albergo dove vado spesso quando sono a Locarno e mi sono trovato sempre bene. La camera scelta era una Panoramica ed effettivamente la vista era molto bella verso il lago ed i monti. ma la notte mi è successo qualcosa di incredibile; mi sono messo a letto verso le 23 ed ho sentito come un avvallamento nel materasso a cui ho dato poca importanza; circa mezz'ora dopo mi sono ritrovato sprofondato nel letto con gran parte delle doghe del letto saltate! Non ho avuto la possibilità di chiamare nessuno perchè ( pecca dell'albergo ) non c'è personale per la notte. A quel punto, per cercare di dormire, ho dovuto mettere il materasso per terra e cercare di dormirvi sopra. La prima cosa che ho fatto la mattina successiva è stata di andarmi a lamentare con la reception la quale si è scusata giustificandosi che se nessuno avvisa che c'è un problema, loro non lo possono sapere. Accetto per buona questa giustificazione e chiedo di fare il check out. Mi aspetto se non uno sconto sulla camera almeno che non mi vengano fatti pagare i 20 franchi per il parcheggio auto nel loro garage di proprietà ! Invece nulla, come se avermi fatto dormire per terra fosse una cosa normale che può capitare. Ribadisco, non è per i 20 franchi, ma almeno il gesto me lo aspettavo !! Difficilmente ci tornerò

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at. The rooms were so unique. It has a retro vibe with all original brick. Another great thing was the shuttle vehicle that transports within a three-mile radius.

Habitación muy agradable, personal muy amable, vino de cortesía, servibar también. Excelente servicio

Very convenient location. Staff was great, and room very clean. The only downside was that as it is a pub, it was quite noisy just outside of my room when I actually wanted an early night. I imagine that having an upstairs room would have solved that, but I eventually managed to sleep anyway!

This is the worst hotel to stay and throw away money. They do not understand what a hotel means. In the name of cheap stay they don't provide any service at all and they would charge you a lot, as much as a good hotel and if not only 10 to 20￡ more for 2 or 3 nights stay. I rue the day I got the booking in this hit(you know what I mean)hole. Never book this third class , rather sleep in a sleep bag because room is also that big. With heating turning off at nights , no one coming to clean, and space as big as a dog house....try to keep away from this hotel.
