Excellent experience, staff is good and very supportive. Food is also good. Better than outside

It was a great stay. Lovely venue really well priced menu (food and drink) the only disappointment was the telly in the room.

Everything was perfect. Just the beds could be more confortable.

I was travelling alone and stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was super clean and big, but a bit dark (especially the bathroom). The receptionist who welcomed me was really sweet and helpful. I was able to check-in earlier as per my request, which I really appreciate. The location of the hotel is fantastic and you can walk to the heart of Lisbon in no time (lots of great restaurants and cafés around too). Pink St. was a bit noisy at night, but the noise levels were bearable as my room was facing the other direction. Unsuitable for family with kids and those who can't manage some stairs. Overall, I loved the charm and history of this place, and I would certainly stay here again.

Look no further. This hotel hits the mark in all areas. Wonderful breakfast buffet included with your stay. Room was perfect with a fabulous view of the town and castle on the hill. The highlight however was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The main receptionist Ruth went above and beyond for us in dealing with lost luggage an illness and securing restaurant reservations as well as a driver. Book it now before it’s too late.

Wonderful rooms (I stayed in 2 because i extended my time there). Good space for bags and lounging between activities. The free coffee and water downstairs helped with a busy visit to Paris. The staff were very friendly.

Hotel rooms was old and unhygienic

酒店服务很好，酒店餐厅比外面餐厅好吃稍便宜点，就是酒店地点在老城区小山丘上，走路一天后太累了。
