The staff was very friendly, room was nice as well and very clean. Only draw back was there was no phone in the room or clock causing you to depend on your own phone.

Not as pictured. Not many food options. Everything closed early. Rooms aren't as nice

Das Hotel hat echt ein Sauberkeitsproblem. Wir waren jetzt schon drei mal hier und hatten jedes Mal trotz Anmerkung die gleiche Feststellung gemacht. Zimmer sind nicht sauber,nicht gewischt trotz Zimmerreinigung. Mülleimer wurde nicht gelehrt trotz Anreise. Sauna Bereich war sehr schmutzig z. B. Fu?matten in der Finnischen Sauna. Ansonsten ist Rezeption bzw. Personal aber sehr freundlich, Frühstück ist super. Temperatur vom Pool ist auch Ok . Es wirkt alles sehr schlecht organisiert .

Probabilmente l'hotel era un 3 stelle negli anni 80 però tale e rimasto. Appena entrato nella hall mi sono sentito in una vecchia pensione di Riccione sempre degli anni '80, nessun sentore dell'Alto Adige o della sensazione che ti lascia andare in quei posti. La titolare è stata gentile nel darmi la possibilità di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio anche il giorno della partenza , ma per il resto cordialità appena sufficiente. Il menù niente a che vedere della tipicità del luogo però sufficiente in generale. La colazione discreta ma il krapfen al pistacchio non si può vedere! La camera scarsa, letto a castello che credo sia fuori produzione da ormai 20 anni non dava una grande sicurezza, bagno con mini doccia con paratie movibili (non box doccia) , niente bidè, insonorizzazione nulla , si sentiva la gente parlare nella hall fino a tardi, la NS camera era al primo piano. Letti e cuscini scomodi. Piscina piccola è datata . Se avessi dovuto fare più di una notte sicuramente avrei lasciato l'hotel e cercato un'altro rimedio , probabilmente il costo viene calcolato più per la posizione che per i servizi dati. Posizione eccezionale in inverno perché sei sulla pista e in estate per gli innumerevoli sentieri .

Perfect location for ski, near by the elevators. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean but needs some minor improvements. The main issue is the quality of the beds and mattresses, simply not good. Beds are narrow and mattresses are from low quality, quite used, soft and bumpy. Breakfast has wide selection, but quality of some ingredients should be improved. The wellness center is a great surprise and treatments are excellent!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Not local to any town centre but straight onto A1 for links elsewhere. Solid 3 stars.

酒店性价比很高，离米卢斯的火车站很近，下车过来很方便。房间有独立的窗户，可以打开看到外面的风景，这一点在现在的酒店里很难得。房间相对比较宽敞，洗手间设计的很宽。早餐是标准型的，酒店服务人员挺热情。
