Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Our stay was great with comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast selection and service! Definitely would stay here again!

Amir was a wondeful host. Very attentive. Our suite was clean. He continues to make improvements on the site, it was convenient to what we wanted to do.

Die Lage des Hotels, sehr optimal. In einer Station oder 15 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am St.Jakob. Direkte Tramverbindung auch in die Innenstadt. Zimmer war okay, nach dem Lüften, war der Geruch des Alter der Ausstattung gering.

Great staff, clean, quiet, convenient location. Very much recommended.

Room is pretty huge, but the toilet is rather mouldy. The quality of water of the swimming pool is questionable. Breakfast is standard, menu didn't change much day after day. Overall ok for a short trip.

Alex at the front desk was very friendly . The breakfast selection were good especially since there was so much ice on the sidewalks. The maintenance guy was working on it yesterday but it was so thick. But glad he made a path from front entrance to breakfast location. The shower could us some more selves for razors, my own soap and a ledge for shaving my legs. Bed was very comfortable.

Отель шикарный!!! Вспоминаем до сих пор! Чисто , красиво, стильно, комфортно, номер большой, кровать удобная , все новое , чистое ! Завтрак шикарный, шведский стол -стильно и красиво оформлено , ассортимент не большой , стандартно , но качество продуктов отменное! Только добавок к мюсли огромное количество , сосиски , омлет , несколько видов сыра , хамон , десерты даже мед в сотах , Месторасположение хорошее , на горе с видом , до жд станции на автобусе минут 7 (они бесплатны если активируете гест карту, спросить на ресепшене ) все было великолепно ! В холе отеля камин , зоны для фото , все стилизовано и со вкусом ! Спасибо , за прекрасный отдых ! Сам Тренто очень классный городок , исторический центр атмосферен, особенно вечером !

Room was not so clean, hand towels were dirty. Shower had hair all over the wall that didn’t belong to us and it wasn’t clean. Toilet paper was almost empty. We went there for the indoor pool, would be nice if they mention that the pool is closed in the winter, my son was disappointed.
