Room clean , staff very friendly and didn’t approve of the fact parking had to paid daily

Tuvimos unas vacaciones maravillosas y este hotel hizo todo lo posible para que fuera así. La limpieza, la calidez del personal, la oferta de comida, las piscinas cálidas y un océano y una playa ideal para bucear hacen de este hotel una gran idea. Mención especial a Gaia, que hablaba perfectamente espa?ol y se encargó hasta del más mínimo detalle de la estancia, y a Ahmmed, que nos ayudó con la limpieza de la habitación 5212, siempre impecable y fresca Si vuelvo a Sharm, definitivamente se lo haría a Jaz Fanara

They dont clean room everyday unless you ask also Safe wasnt working and never got fixed

Untuk kebersihan ditingkatkan lagi setidaknya apabila nginep lebib dari 1 malam sampah pada bilik dibersihkan

The hotel service was very good , the receptionists are friendly and helpful . You could get all the food you wanted ( Q Bistro , Pelita ..Omega Pork Noodle , Chicken Rice by Won , ..etc ),and easy access to Watson , Guardian ,Jaya Grocer Mr DIY ...MediLove Clinic ..SS15 LRT ..food court....you name it ...I highly recommend this hotel to those who like to stay in SS15 ..

Room itself wasn't bad, even somewhat comparable to other fancier, pricier hotels BUT the noise is significant. Windows and doors aren't well insulated and you can hear every word of the music from the neighboring establishment. Once that place calls it a night, the thumping bass from another place continues. You can also hear the hotel gate opening and closing throughout the night. In short, not bad but really noisy. Receptionist was nice, also gave me an extra blanket when I asked for one. Decently clean, spacious and comfortable. Very central location, with the beach across the street and lots of restaurants and bars around.

Pretty nice and staffs so welcoming

Poor service, stayed three nights, room never got cleaned, no fresh towels. At check-in we were told we will have two cleaning service.
