Beautiful setting in the trees, relaxing pool and hot tub. I love that they are dog friendly!

My overall experience during my two week stay at the Ramada Hotel, Mbezi Beach, Dar Es Salaam was amazing!! From the moment you walk onto the premises, you are greeted by a welcoming & very professional,l organised security team. Once through the security checks Jacqueline, (front of house manager) & Freddy (relationship manager) or any of the other extremely competent & highly professional reception staff, are all on hand to look after your every need. The beach front, swimming pools, beautiful exquisite staircase leading to the bar overlooking the Indian Ocean, is breathtaking. Facilities like a gymnasium, garden with all of its exquisite landscaping, soft White sandy beach front, & sumptuous deep Blue Indian Ocean as the back drop, is truly a sight to behold. Rooms are spacious, well equipped with fridge, safe, ironing board, huge tv, iron for ensuring your clothes look great, everything you would expect from a five star hotel. However, this is not a five star hotel, it's a four star. Having stayed at some of the finest 5 star hotels the world over, the Ramada at Mbezi Beach, can run with any of the numerous hotels I've stayed at. In my humble opinion,it appears to be incorrectly rated, so book whilst prices remain extremely competitive for the experience. House keeping, led by Pendo, ensure your rooms are maintained to the highest standard, the catering staff led by Helma & her excellent catering team & Jeremiah the restaurant manager, with his excellent team of waiters and waitresses like Rehema, ensure that the drinks & food keep coming presented to clients exacting standards. I would score the hotel a solid 10/10 and recommend it highly!!

Bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard. The shower curtain was mouldy and the shower could of done with being re-sealed.. Staff weren’t very welcoming and the bar manager was quite rude/arrogant and came across aggressive! Apparently he has worked there for 20+ years, not sure how as he couldn’t pour a pint at all! I was absolutely flabbergasted watching him pour a pint of Birra Moretti. It took that long, I felt like I’d ordered a Guinness and was waiting for it to settle! The whole vibe was just negative from arriving. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Posizione buona vicino al mare e vicino a v.le Ceccherini. Camera pulita e accogliente. Prima colazione ottima.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. breakfast was plentiful the rooms were very clean.
